New Horizons Bakery is a pretty standard, no-frills Asian bakery. Nothing here is going to blow you away, but it does the job well, especially if you're looking for something quick and affordable. I picked up the hot dog buns, which come in boxes of 8 and are really inexpensive, solid value for what you get. The inside looks a bit worn down and could use some updating, but that didn't really matter to me. The service was quick and straightforward, and the owner was efficient and polite, which is honestly all you need for a bakery like this. Overall, the food is solid, just not something I'd go out of my way for. But if you're nearby and want a fast, inexpensive bakery item without any fuss, this place is reliable and worth stopping by.

Typical pick it yourself bakery. Of course there's stuff in the warm display as well as cakes, but the majority of their items are all in the pick bins. My absolute favorite thing from them would be the hot dog bao and the cocktail bun. My mom is a fan of their walnut cookies, and my dad is a fan of the cream bao. They have a pretty good variety of items. Credit card is $5, but if you grab at least 3 items you're good. Parking is insanely easy.

The sesame seed balls are thick and not much sweet red bean paste, but the taste is acceptable. The mango pudding is very sweet but the coconut pudding has the right amount of sugar…
