New Tapioca Master

Been coming here over the years. Ordered a bunch of food, get home and part of my order is missing. Come back explain and provided images. That im missing an order of food. They keep arguing that my ramin toppings are the fish balls. While here they are telling other customers that they can't add different sugars to their drinks. While the one girl is arguing on the boss with a women. I spent 80 bucks and over 40 mins for 3 drinks, 1 sandwich, egg rolls, fish balls(missing), pork bun(missing). They continue to argue. Now claiming they were busy. We were the only ones here the entire time. 3 people left after we got here. Tried calling i ate the damn food. Now they refusing everything and keep claiming they are only employees. I have now asked for my money back and they just keep refusing and coming up with excuses.

Cute little boba shop! The reviews seemed mixed online, but I can tell they have been doing some upgrades even though I have not been here before, because of the addition of new type of vending machines and toys in them, air hockey table and small stuffed animals. This was our first time here, and the customer service seemed helpful and like they were willing to do things even though it wasn't on the menu. I like to get smoothies with a boba, and the front employee said that she would make them blended and added boba to them, both of which were upchargers. Although the shop was really cute, I feel like I have gotten better boba and better smoothies from other places. It would be a good place to bring kids, though.

Absolutely delicious! I tried the brown sugar milk tea and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. The boba was perfectly chewy, the brown sugar had a rich creamy flavor, and the milk tea was smooth and not overly sweet - just right. The staff was super friendly and the shop had a cozy, clean vibe. If you're in Houston and love bubble tea, this place is a must-try! I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Tapioca Master. My sister and I enjoyed the Matcha with Ube and Tapioca. We want to go back cause we want to try other flavors too! Come and try their products and you will enjoy them just like we do! The girl name Linh at the cash register was very nice and friendly. She will accommodate you with a beautiful smile 😊

Absolutely love this boba shop! The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet and made with real ingredients. The boba is soft and chewy every time. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is cozy and welcoming. Definitely my new go-to spot for milk tea
