North East Medical Services (NEMS) - 1033 Clement Clinic

I had such a great experience at the NEMS 1033 Clement Clinic. From the moment I stepped into the Dental Department on the 3rd floor, the front desk staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. They were calm, polite, and genuinely helpful—always smiling and doing their best to assist patients. The dentist and dental assistant were equally impressive. They worked together as a team with clear communication and professionalism. Both were very gentle and friendly, which helped ease any nervousness I had about the dental visit. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel well cared for. Afterward, I went to the pharmacy on the 1st floor to pick up medication, and the service was fast and organized. I really appreciate how efficient the process was. Overall, NEMS Clement is an excellent place for dental care. The staff is warm and attentive, and the entire experience—from check-in to treatment to picking up medication—was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy dental services in San Francisco.

Girlfriend booked a dentist appointment for a cavity filling and was told she was going to get it during her appointment and after waiting weeks she finally was able to be seen. When she arrived the dentist told her that because they had another client coming in after her they couldn't do the filling that day even though it was expressed multiple times they would. Firstly why would you promise to do a filling and not do it and second how would it be our fault that there is someone coming in after? Scheduling conflicts are not our problem especially when this appointment was booked weeks in advance. Don't recommend this location

I always have an excellent experience here! The staff are so friendly and kind! My on-boarding process to NEMS was super simple and smooth! The pharmacy is always quick. My PCP Delanie Wong is wonderful & I love the wide variety of services they provide. I also appreciate the sliding scale as well as taking Medi-Cal! Thank you NEMS for your wonderful service!!!

I love this place because I have great doctor. Zhen (Jane) Lu is been my prime doctor for several years, always on time with smile on her face make me feel better right way. Dr. Zheng Jane Lu has helped me controlling my sugar and blood pressure, She is very thoughtful and understanding and answers my questions so that I can understand. She refers me to some good specialist when I need them. She is very kind and pleasant. There were time when I felt bad and didn't have appointments to see Dr.Lu, and she would find way to squeeze me in that day. I appreciate that very much I recommend Dr. Zhen Jane Lu ! Great professional indeed

Can honestly say we experienced nothing like the negative reviews posted here - our experience has been nothing short of fantastic with NEMS & Dr. Hoo. In fact, the quality of bedside manner and administrative help is better than our last PPO-paid pediatrics group. Would not hesitate to recommend.
