They are honestly probably the most reliable auto shop I have ever bumped into! Julian and Josh have been beyond amazing in so many different ways. They found discounts to make it affordable for me, made sure my vehicle was safe to drive and was very patient with me along the way. I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend them for any type of auto repair as far as customer service, Fast service, reliable service & great coffee! Highly recommend!!

North Mountain Auto Repair, Josh, Yulian, and the team made the entire process of working on our car, as well as working with us to offer extremely fair pricing, an excellent experience. From the first conversation, they were so very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to take the time to answer all questions and explain all things clearly. It's rare to find a shop and people who are this good at what they do while also making customers feel comfortable and informed. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. Josh, Yulian, and the team kept me updated, explained their recommendations clearly, as well as working with me on pricing, and made sure I understood my options. The absence of integrity is everywhere these days. Trust in a company to be honest, transparent, and to just do what they say they are going to do seems to be almost impossible to find. I had the pleasure of finding a company that went way beyond my expectations after encountering a troubling issue. Long story short, my car was repaired, and my faith in a customer-first business has been restored. I have to say, if you need a repair to your vehicle, save yourself time and money and take your car here. They will prove that customer care and well-being come before profit.

Since I’ve found them I always get my oil changes here. My vehicle takes synthetic oil. I can’t beat their price even if I did it myself. And when I called and needed that day Service they worked me in. I have a newer vehicle so as I need different services I’m sure I’ll will be using them. Exceptionally nice people.

I’ll start with this they fixed my coil packs and solved an engine ticking problem I had. But when it comes to solving my A/C problem they are just throwing parts at the wall told me I could get a new cluster and it WILL solve the problem. But at the end of the day it didn’t do anything now they charge me 430$ (at least lower than initially priced) for 3 hours of labor and a relay. To “hopefully solve the problem” I have absolutely zero hope for this shop. These guys are not mechanics they are parts swappers at best absolute nonsense. Not even to mention they are absolutely unserious on their time lines. I previously called the week prior to set up a time to drop my vehicle off, upon arrival they tell me they are not able to get it in at all and will be best to drop it on Tuesday at 8am. For it to sit there and get nothing done till Wednesday. After paying full price for everything I was told parts should be later Wednesday and truck will likely be done on Thursday. End of day Thursday they had not fixed my AC and told me there was a couple routes to take new cluster or soldering new ground. After I personally installed the cluster and it didn’t work they proceeded to tell me that they might not be able to get to it again because they were pulled from it but still charged me for the work saying they will refund me if they can’t get to it until next week. They have had my truck for a week and have barely got a full 10hr day of work into it. Why would you have scheduled time slots to get vehicles in and not have them looked at during the time slot. Absolutely makes no sense to me and I will never be returning to this shop ever again. Kenia’s at least they solved one problem that I told them what the solution was.
