I booked online same day, got confirmed text message and showed up where I was berated that I wasn’t expected/they didn’t know about my appt. They then told me they could do 30 min which isn’t what I was expecting, then told me I was able get an hour massage. Charged me upfront which is typical of these places but then hassled me that they didn’t get to charge the additional $3 for CC fees. That wasn’t my oversight/fault! Got me all the way into the room and ready for the massage, at which time then they bait and switched and informed me I could only get 30 min and they will only charge me for the 30 min - fine. I’m already lying down. Finally, the front desk lady came in to what is was already a very mediocre start to the massage to demand my CC to recharge me the correct amount 5 min into it. At that point, I was like, this is not relaxing or what I signed up for. I got dressed, asked for a refund and left. They had the audacity to tell me to come back another time haha and insinuated that it was my fault they didn’t know of my appt bc their manager didn’t tell them lol. I wasn’t expecting a Ritz 5-star experience. I generally knew what I was signing up for but at minimum, its not too much to expect that they stay on top of their online appts if they offered it on their website. Hella disorganized, lack of social awareness or manners. Unprofessional.

Very disappointed with my session. The massage was extremely underwhelming—the therapist only used two repetitive strokes the entire time, and it wasn’t relaxing at all. There was no variety, no real technique, and it felt like they just went through the motions. To make things worse, the therapist ended the session 15 minutes early because they were “busy.” If you don’t have the time, don’t accept the appointment in the first place. It felt rushed and inconsiderate. The draping was also completely unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t enjoy the massage at all, but I went along with it anyway. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend.

Not too bad but she didn’t give me the choice to tip under 30% and when I asked her why she said “because you are a man” 😂 …
