Okie Dokie Teahouse

I was happy to find this pleasant place as I was looking for new boba tea places to try out. I came early on Saturday night and it was surprisingly really quiet. I ordered a strawberry mango smoothie with tapioca balls based on other reviews, and it was really good and refreshing. It wasn't too sweet which I appreciated. The indoor area is cozy and clean with board games, books, and a few game machines. There were two small tables outdoors. It's a little bit of an odd location behind a gas station tucked away in a residential area, but I'd come back here again.

Absolutely delicious! The avocado coconut smoothie was super fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. The boba tasted fresh too, perfectly chewy and so satisfying. Everything tasted high quality and refreshing. Definitely a place I would come back to again and again!

Okie Dokie Teahouse is hands down one of the most welcoming places you’ll ever walk into. From the moment you step inside, you feel the positive energy. The greenery, the cozy layout, and the overall vibe make it such a comforting space to relax and enjoy yourself. Kim, the owner, is truly something special. She is incredibly kind, genuine, and deeply invested in creating a place that brings joy to the community. You can tell this isn’t just a business to her — it’s a space built with heart. The drinks are consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for families, friends, or even just a solo unwind session. One of the most unique parts is the claw machines — and they’re actually designed so players can win. And if a child doesn’t get anything after trying, Kim will literally open the machine and adjust things to give them a better chance. That level of care and generosity says everything about who she is. She is truly a positive force in the community. We need more business owners like Kim — people who lead with kindness, integrity, and heart. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend. Our neighborhood boba ♡ flavorful , made quick , lots of options, refreshing drinks , coffee options, light snacks, cafe style with claw machines, games, books, really clean , plenty of seating, ive seen people chill here,study, hanging with friends, and work . Love it

Okie Dokie tea house -with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back!
