Onefold Uptown is a breakfast restaurant at 1420 E 18th Ave in Denver, CO, serving a breakfast menu that reviewers describe as creative, filling, and full of unexpected combinations. The food brings together Mexican, Asian, and Americana influences, giving guests more to explore than a routine morning meal. Onefold Uptown has a 4.5-star rating from 2,126 reviews, and customers often mention generous portions, carefully prepared dishes, and drinks that feel thoughtfully made. It is a neighborhood stop to consider when you want breakfast with bold flavors and a relaxed setting in Denver’s Uptown area.
One of the dishes most clearly singled out by guests is the bacon fried rice. A reviewer visiting from California praised its flavor and preparation, noting that the serving included plenty of bacon. That combination makes the dish a memorable choice for diners looking for something savory and substantial rather than a familiar breakfast plate. Reviews also describe a menu where many items sound appealing, with influences from several cuisines rather than a single traditional style. The restaurant’s appeal is in that variety: familiar ingredients and comfort-food satisfaction, presented in combinations that can make breakfast feel a little different.
Drinks are another part of the experience that customers call out. Guests have enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice and hibiscus mint tea, while one reviewer praised an espresso martini for its quality espresso and balanced sweetness. These comments suggest options for different kinds of mornings, whether you are looking for a refreshing nonalcoholic drink alongside breakfast or a coffee-forward cocktail. The available details do not specify a complete drink list or current service hours, so it is best to confirm those directly before making plans. What reviews do convey is attention to flavor in both the food and beverages.
The Uptown location is described as small and quaint, with a front patio that offers outdoor seating and umbrellas. That patio can be an appealing choice when you want to eat outside, and reviewers mention it as a pleasant setting after an early flight or during a busy day in Denver. Guests also describe large, filling servings and food that arrives well prepared, making the restaurant suitable for travelers seeking a satisfying meal as well as locals exploring the neighborhood. Reviews mention that the place can be busy, particularly on a Sunday, so expect a lively atmosphere at peak times.
Customer experiences also point to friendly, personable service, including a positive interaction while placing a to-go order. Whether you are dining on the patio, picking up food, or stopping in after travel, Onefold Uptown offers a distinctive breakfast option at its East 18th Avenue address. Its standout bacon fried rice, cross-cultural menu, fresh drinks, and outdoor seating give visitors concrete reasons to consider it. For anyone searching for a breakfast restaurant in Denver, CO, Onefold Uptown is a well-reviewed local choice for a generous meal with a casual, welcoming feel.

Now this is a place I HIGHLY recommend trying if you are in Denver. I am from California and I have never had a breakfast place with as extravagant options like this place has. I got the bacon fried rice and oh my God was it so tasty and cooked to perfection. They do not skimp out on the bacon pieces and the flavors are so amazing. My boyfriend got the breakfast tacos and oh my were they amazing. For being a small place you would expect it to smell like food, but it does not and that is what I love the most. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. They have outdoor and indoor seating. The decor is so cute. The staff is super sweet but that food is top-tier. One of the most amazing and intricate breakfast I’ve had in Denver. If you have not went here, you definitely need to.
So delicious. You can tell the owners love food. Mexican, Asian and Americana fusion that exceeds expectations. Drinks are fresh, we had the fresh squeezed orange juice and hibiscus mint tea. Espresso martini was amazing, quality espresso and not too sweet. Highly recommend this place.
This location in Uptown is tiny. The nice part is they have a whole patio area in the front with outdoor seating and umbrellas. I actually didn't even go inside much. The register was by the door, so that's where I ordered, paid, and got a …
Stopped in during a trip after landing in Denver at the recommendation of a friend who is local. The food was exactly what we needed after an early AM flight from the east coast, and was filling and well prepared- not to mention the large serving sizes. The outdoor seating was a nice ambiance without too much traffic on a Thursday morning. The interesting coffee options weren’t as uniquely flavored as we had hoped but that is a personal observation and everything else was great.
