Hubby and I sneaked away here for a quick dessert date. Lots of options to choose from for sweet lovers! I had a Turtle cheesecake and a coffee while the hubby had bread pudding. Service was great, desserts were moist, great tasting! Place was clean, lots of seating inside snd outside. Lots of parking as well. Check them out if you’re in Katy! Will be back for sure!

This was just a simple to-go order, but the level of care, quality, and customer service I experienced was nothing short of extraordinary. I ordered two cupcakes: a German Chocolate Cupcake and an Oreo Cookie Cupcake. Let me tell you, these were to die for. They were fresh, soft, perfectly fluffy, and baked to absolute perfection. Every bite was rich, decadent, and full of flavor. If you have a sweet tooth, prepare yourself for a party in your mouth. I also ordered a caramel coffee and a crème brûlée, and wow. Amazing. Everything was prepared with care and tasted like it came from a five-star dessert kitchen. This place is truly a hidden gem. But what really set Ooh La La apart wasn’t just the desserts. It was the people. I want to give a huge shout-out to the incredible team: Maze, Adora, Saiza, and Maddie. These ladies went above and beyond in a way that completely exceeded my expectations. My wife, who is a nurse, had been having a difficult day. I mentioned it when placing the order, and what happened next completely blew me away. Not only did they carefully package everything, but they also took the time to write a heartfelt handwritten note on the bag for my wife. Such a simple gesture, but one that meant so much. When she saw it, she smiled immediately. It brightened her day and reminded her that there are still amazing, caring people in this world. That personal touch turned a dessert order into a memory we’ll never forget. In today’s world, customer service like this is rare. Came here because I tasted their Italian cream cake from a catered event and had to find out where the cake came from. 5/5 In addition to IC cake, I also tried the chocolate cake with caramel icing between the layers. I was told this one was not offered daily. It was great but the Italian cream is on a different level . 4/5 The peanut butter cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake were both pretty good tasty as well 4/5 The cake slices are pricey at $12/slice but hey, it's worth it. I honestly did not pay attention to the price for the cheesecake but my research shows they are $11/slice. Good, solid customer service.

I’ve been going to this location for years. They are always friendly and able to help. They have gotten me out of pinches with birthday cakes and other events. My kids love their cupcakes. My wife and I really enjoy their carrot cake. …
