Sign in to reviewI used to come here years ago but moved out of the area. Now I’m back on this area and am so glad these ladies are still here. This place never disappoints. Today I got my nails done by Lynn. She was very friendly and extremely efficient. I went in wanting black nails with a black and white checkered accent nail. She did it quickly and I enjoyed her focus and professionalism. The prices were decent… not much more than any other salon but you definitely pay for the quality and cleanliness. All the girls are very kind and greet you when you come in. I will definitely continue to pay patronage to these awesome women.
I’ve been coming to ooh la la nails for years and always get the best service, and exactly the nails I ask for! I always get my brows waxed too and they do an amazing job - I have super thick, dark brows and they know exactly what to do! Highly recommend.
I have been coming to Oh La La since I was little and they have always been the best!! The service is amazing, and all of the employees are sweet and are always open to accommodate. For the past few months, I have been making my appointments with Lena and she is amazing, she is always nice and does an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she pretty much copied it exactly!
Wow! Such a lovely experience! My sister and I treated ourselves to a pedicure. The service was wonderful! We were shown respect and the ladies were happy and smiling. The price is just right! We are in our 70s and the expertise and care was amazing! Ooh La La is our new place! Thank you so much!
I have mixed thoughts. Customer service is always great for the young lady who answers the phone and sets appointments. I appreciate that. The service will depend on who you get. I was a little thrown off today though. Had David do my fill? Seem to have a really hard time the whole time I sat there that I was using my own regular nail polish rather than gel which I do often and prefer. Secondly, he still charged me the same amount that would be for fill and a gel when clearly on the board it’s not the price. Felt a little bit gypped and uncomfortable. so he would be my advice. Be very clear with what you want as a customer and hopefully they will be graciously welcoming to what you’re asking. Number two there should not be false advertisement with the prices, especially if you have it clear and quite large on the board. By law, you need to charge what your Have posted.
