If you are looking for a quick focused massage to relieve knots or tension -this is an easily accessible spot for just that. I got a 30min chair massage -head, neck, shoulders, upper back. He found & worked out all the knots, with a level of pressure that bordered pain -but was so needed. I walked out feeling looser & lighter. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing zen type body massage -go somewhere else. If you need some tough love to get relief from tightness & tension -these are your guys. Watch your time, they will try to hustle you out.

I went here because the relaxation station is gone from the mall. I got "Package E" because my shoulders have been hurting. I didn't check my time when I started the 60 minute massage; but had a text message before the foot massage started...so I know the 30 minutes was actually only 20. The massage consisted of the massuese sitting next to me on the table and pressing on my kidneys the majority of the time. I mentioned that my shoulders were where I hurt, but that didn't seem to be a concern--they were given a quick, 1 minute or so run down and then the guy settled himself back down and kept pressing on my kidneys. There wasn't any pattern to the massage and...I think I've got rug burns on the sides of my foot where the guy that did my feet kinda zoned out and his gloved rubbed me too dry. When I was leaving, I scanned the parlor and it wasn't just my massuese who was sitting on the table next to the people they were working on. Of the 3 working, 2 of them were. The other was seated in a rolling chair. I've been to multiple parlors and this is NOT a standard way of operating. There wasn't any hot stones, and I was charged an extra $5 for a salt soak where the water was cold. I'm pretty irritated. I won't be back
