Customer feedback about Osaka Spa is mixed. The business has a 3.6-star rating based on 54 reviews, and the experiences people describe vary considerably. One reviewer praised Hanna as a professional massage therapist and said her work stood out among their experiences in Florida. Other reviewers raised concerns about booking communication, session length, cleanliness, and the handling of personal belongings. These are reports from individual customers rather than verified findings, but they are useful context when deciding whether the business is the right fit for you.

A few reviewers describe mismatches between the service they requested and what they say happened, including being offered or receiving a shorter session than expected. Another customer said they had trouble getting a booking confirmation after being asked for a deposit, while a separate review reported concern about a missing necklace after a visit. Because these accounts raise practical questions, consider confirming the exact duration and total price before your appointment, asking how deposits are handled, and keeping valuables secured. Clear communication in advance can help you make an informed choice.

Osaka Spa may be considered by Tampa residents and visitors who are comparing local massage businesses near E Hillsborough Avenue and want to check hours or arrange a visit directly. Its daily listed schedule offers a broad range of potential appointment times, though availability should be confirmed with the business. Before booking, ask which services are currently available, how long each session lasts, what payment methods are accepted, and whether any deposit is required. Reading recent customer feedback alongside the stated rating can help set expectations. If you visit, share your preferences and confirm the details before the session begins so you can decide whether the experience meets your needs.
