Sign in to reviewThis restaurant can get super crowded and busy but we were able to make a reservation for 6 with ease. Our table wasn't quite ready when we arrived but that's ok. We didn't have to wait too long. Ordering is done through a QR code on your phone and everything arrived quickly and accurately. Food was delicious. My favorites were the Chili Oil Noodles and the Spicy Wontons. Everything else was still tasty though! Servers were attentive and great. Thanks for the great lunch!
If you like chewy knife-cut noodles, this place will definitely satisfy your cravings. The noodles have a great texture, nice and chewy with a good bite. The broth and toppings are also quite good, making the overall dish very enjoyable. It’s a place I would come back to again.
A surprise find right across the local American High School. Somehow I never thought that that shopping center, just outside of high school, would have multiple ethnic choices. The food portion here is definitely on the large size but not large price. All three dishes had good flavors. While I’m not a fan of Chinese food I really do like this place and I will make an effort to come back here again in a month or two. The service was good, the restaurant was clean with decent decorations, particularly in the waiting area and by the round table of front. With a little more effort, I think they can make the restaurant even more upscale. Like I said, it would be back to try some other dishes. It was a good first impression for us.
I stopped by Ox 9 Noodles while in a hurry and needed something quick to-go for lunch — and they delivered! We drove up, scanned the QR code on the counter, placed the order, and in less than 10 minutes I was walking out with my food. Talk about fast service — but definitely not “fast food” quality! Braised Beef Stew Noodles: The beef was incredibly tender and exactly what I was craving. At first, the broth tasted a bit salty, but once everything was mixed together, it was just right. I added extra stewed beef for $7, and it was absolutely worth it! Juicy Pork Burger: So glad I ordered this too — it paired perfectly with the leftover beef broth. The pork was juicy, flavorful, and just salty enough to balance the flatbread (which I learned is called rou jia mo or bai ji mo). Delicious! Service was quick and friendly — the lady at the counter was warm and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for another bowl (and another pork or cumin beef burger)!
Best QQ noodles! The braised beef is always so tender and the broth is very flavorful! I traveled an hour to eat here with a friend, and it was very worth it!
