I recently had the pleasure of dining at PF Changs in downtown Fort Worth, TX and I must say, the experience was elevated significantly thanks to our waiter, Michael. From the moment we sat down, his welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. Michael’s knowledge of the menu was impressive. He not only provided detailed descriptions of each dish but also made thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. His enthusiasm for the food was infectious, and it was clear he genuinely cared about enhancing our dining experience. Throughout the meal, Michael was attentive without being intrusive. He checked on us at just the right moments, ensuring our drinks were full and our needs were met. His timing was impeccable, and it felt like he had a sixth sense for when we needed something. What truly stood out was his ability to create a personal connection. He engaged in light conversation that made our lunch feel special, sharing stories about the restaurant and his favorite dishes. His warm personality added a unique touch to our experience. In summary, Michael exemplified what exceptional service should be. If you ever find yourself at PF Changs in Fort Worth, I highly recommend asking for him. His dedication and charm truly made our lunch unforgettable!

Thank you to my server Kristina for taking great care of me tonight. She was amazing and attentive and went above and beyond. I had a delicious meal with a good appetizer and a nice drink. The spicy green beans were 10/10. I was dining solo, and Kristina made sure to get my order in before two large groups ordered so that my food would come quickly. And it did come quickly, and piping hot. I am satisfied!

Michael was a fantastic server! Very knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, explained the cat pin on his shirt to my mom, and even made sure the app and salad came out before the main courses. Super friendly guy, and we'll definitely ask for him again when we come back.

The place is a very chill spot. Lowkey with a nice ambience. Customer service is exceptional and the Food is top tier. Been a minute since I had drinks that's perfectly made. No complaints. Will definitely visit again when I have a layover here. Young guy who waited my table was awesome as well. Had a good conversation about me being from New York. I didnt get his name but he was exceptional.

The staff were nice, the place was quiet during the week for lunch, but the food was just ok. The waiter was nice, but hovered around us the ENTIRE time, we had to continue to pause our conversation because he came over every 5 minutes. Back to the food, I enjoyed the salmon and shrimp spring rolls, the steak is such a low grade steak, so chewy and mostly breading. It wasn't just this location I think it is just the chain in general. I would come back but just stay away from the steak.
