Panaderia Y Pasteleria Latina is a neighborhood bakery on West Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving customers at 6122 W Charleston Blvd. Its bakery-and-market layout offers more than a quick stop for bread: visitors can browse a broad selection of baked goods and other grocery items in one place. Customers describe the selection as including bakery items representing several South American nations, making it a useful destination for people looking for a variety of Latin American flavors in Las Vegas. The business is rated 4.4 stars from 323 reviews, reflecting a long-standing local presence and a range of customer experiences.
Bread is a particular draw. Reviewers praise the freshly baked loaves and describe the bread as delicious, while the selection also includes pastries such as mille-feuille. One customer calls the mille-feuille among the best in Las Vegas when it is fresh, noting that its cream filling can be smooth and enjoyable. Experiences with freshness have not been consistent, however, and some reviews mention pastries that did not taste freshly made. If a specific pastry matters to your visit, checking what is fresh that day is a sensible way to choose. Imported cheese is also mentioned by customers, alongside the bakery's bread and wider market selection.
The shop's practical, casual setup suits a variety of everyday needs: picking up bread for home, choosing a sweet treat, or browsing grocery items while already in the area. Reviews mention reasonable prices on some products and a selection that appeals to customers familiar with Mexican and other Latin American baked goods. Feedback on service varies: some visitors describe good service, while another recalls a less welcoming interaction in the past. Recent positive experiences suggest that service can be better, though each visit may differ. The overall picture is of an established, unpretentious bakery and market rather than a formal café or specialty dining destination.
Panaderia Y Pasteleria Latina is open every day, Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., giving early risers and evening visitors a wide window to stop by. Its location on West Charleston Boulevard is described by reviewers as easy to reach from the main road, with plenty of parking. For Las Vegas residents seeking fresh bread, Latin American pastries, or a market-style bakery with a varied selection, it is a convenient option to consider. Because freshness can vary according to customer feedback, visiting with flexibility and asking about the day's baked goods can help set expectations. The combination of daily hours, bread, pastries, and grocery items makes it especially practical for a casual neighborhood stop.

They have the best mille-feuille pastry in Las Vegas, but this is the third or fourth time I’ve come around 9:00 a.m. and the pastries were not fresh. The cream filling tastes stale and develops a buttery, rancid texture. When they’re fresh, the cream is smooth and delicious. Today I specifically asked the employee if they were fresh, and she said yes, but they tasted like they were from the day before or more. They really need to improve quality control and customer service. It’s a shame, because the pastry is excellent when it’s fresh.
Visited once in the past with dismissive service, a second look at West Charleston's Panaderia Y Pasteleria Latina suggests improvement over the intervening decade during which little else has changed in terms of the half-market and half-bakery layout. Liked by natives of Mexico, the low prices and use of Lard praised by many, Sunday afternoon found a wide array of choices ranging from laminated Pan Dulce shellacked with Sugar to Brioche-like Ombligo. Sold out of several Cakes, but just removing fresh Concha from the cooling racks, fortunate timing saw this day’s offering outpace many in Las Vegas while Galeta de Gragea and Cortadillo were each on par with what one sees at Cardena’s or La Bonita.
A great bakery in Las Vegas. Look at the hours 7am ~ 9pm - EVERY DAY, can you believe that!. The selection is fantastic and seems fresh. After visiting 2 times, the service has been very good. The bakery items represent several nations from south America. Easy access from the main road with plenty of parking. The value for what you get for the money, far exceeds what you get from those "fancy" places. This bakery raises the bar for all the bakeries in Las Vegas. Kudos to the bakers and the management.
I love supporting small businesses, this panadería has been around for a long time. The bread was delicious, and they have a great selection.
Best freshly baked bread in the valley. Bread and imported cheese are a bit overpriced which is why I'm only giving 4 stars.
