Bought three Cub Meals and two Panda Bowls for an approximate total of $45. When we got home, there was probably 5 pieces of meat in all of the meals. When I went back to the restaurant to address the food, I was informed that management had adjusted the food / meat portions. After informing the employees that I didn’t pay $45 for noodles, the employees at least gave me more orange chicken for the kids. I personally have never had this issue at this location but was basically advised to get Panda else where due to the locations change in portion size.
I went in to grab my husband and myself dinner on Friday at approximately 5:30 pm. The wait wasn't long, I ordered my husband the bigger plate and I got a small side of Orange Chicken (there was hardly any left of the orange chicken or honey shrimp). The bigger plate looked the size of a child plate and when I asked them is that the bigger plate, she held the Styrofoam up and said yes, I asked how is 3 entrees going to fit in there, she then held up a tiny carton carton, she didn't speak so I thought that is where the 3rd protein would fit. He wanted half noodles and half rice. I got up to pay and she said it was $40 and I said no ma'am, Ill go to Taco Bell. She went over my order and demanded I ordered extra noodles, I didn't. She was rude and my order came to $25. I didn't appreciate the service and Panda is no longer worth it. They were running low on the Chicken and I would have to wait an additional 15 min.
Pulled up around 9pm, placed my order through drive thru. One of the items I asked for there wasn't enough for the size I wanted so just decided I didn't want it. When I pulled up to the window I paid and was given the food, the person working the window did apologize about the item not being ready. It was fine whatever I just needed to head out. Got the rest of my food and head to work. When I get there and start to eat the chow mein was nothing but cabbage. Basically cabbage with a side of noodles. If I had know it was going to be like that I would've gotten rice. I paid over 10 for a scoop of chicken and cabbage. Don't waste your time. I know it was late but just straight up giving someone cabbage instead of telling them it was out. I mean they did it with one of my items already.
