The blasting music inside and outside made conversation difficult. We ordered autumn squash soups, delicious and I wish you offered this all year long. Great Greek salad. Of course I love the hibiscus pomegranate tea. This tea and blueberry lemonade and another tea are behind the counter while iced tea and green tea and lemonade are by the Oeosi® fountain drinks. Booths, small and larger tables are accessible both inside and outdoors, with some covered by umbrellas. Accessible entry with push door. Accessible venue. The kiosk does not offer option to order cold drinks with no ice. Accessible mens and women’s restrooms with 5ftx 5 ft space. Bathroom door locks are broken. Van accessible free parking with large curb cuts
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ VONYAE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️ I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Vonyae at Panera Bread. First, she has such a uniquely beautiful name, and she was an absolute pleasure to speak with! I called because of an issue that happened with my Uber Eats delivery. My call was missed at first, but Vonyae actually called me right back, which I really appreciated. She listened to what happened, was extremely helpful, and took care of the issue right away. What stood out to me most was how kind, professional, and genuinely helpful she was. She didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother or just another customer with a complaint. She simply wanted to make things right, and she did. It’s customer service like this that really makes a difference. Thank you, Vonyae, for being so kind and going above and beyond. You definitely turned a frustrating situation into a positive one! Panera is lucky to have you. ❤️
Ordered a bowl of soup and a chicken stuffed baguette, side of bread for each, in the drive through. Got to the window, asked if there was a spoon in the bag, the girl takes the whole bag back, asks what kind of soup I got, said “oh okay. Someone else ordered X soup but this one’s yours”, and handed me my bag back. I asked again about the spoon. She said, “probably”, so I checked. No spoon. She handed me one. The chicken Cesar bread wrap thing was falling apart and could not be eaten in sandwich form. 0/10. My bowl of soup did not come with bread, nor did the salad thing. Instead, we received a bag of chips! How thoughtful! I called, asked to speak with manager, some girl picks up and says, “hi?”. Here’s how our convo went: Me: “hello?” Her: “what can I help you with?” “Well I got put on hold after asking to speak with a manager. Are you the manager?” “Yes” “Okay what’s your name?” “Alexis” “Okay, Alexis, here’s what happened” *I explained the situation* Alexis: “Okay and what can I do?” I’m baffled. How does this 16 year old girl have a manager position? When did Panera fall off so hard?! This was absolutely absurd to me. Whoever answered the phone initially for me needs a raise, and on the other hand, Alexis needs a meeting on what professionalism is. I’m not necessarily mad about the poor fulfillment of my order, it’s more so how the manager didn’t act so “manager-like”. Why do I have to fish for a name out of a MANAGER? Why do I get greeted with a “hi?”? One bad employee makes an entire location look bad. Sincerely, A 21 yr old with food-industry and manager experience I called 7/28 @ 4:45 pm
If you love really poor quality food and service, and paying double for it, you'll love this place. I stood in at the register (no line) for more than 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. 4 different employees walked past the counter doing their best not to make eye contact. Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese bagel. Very standard, right? It took 15 min for it to come out (remember there is no line). When I get home, there is no cheese on it. And the eggs now look like the ones they serve in prison. So a super dry bagel with prison eggs missing 30% of the ingredients I spent almost a half an hour for.
Went there on my lunch because i got stomach problems to get the big soup with bread instead i got a small soup with a pice of bread.i cant go back now to return it.
