Didn't have the best experience at this location. I am in Korea a lot, and love their Paris Baguette & Paris Croissants. So, first time at this location, and we made a pick up order. We were given one wrong sandwich, and the Egg Salad sand, had zero flavor. It's usually so good. No seasoning at all. On a positive note, I called the store to report we were given the wrong food item, and they said they would refund us for it, and were very understanding. Hopefully, that actually happens.
I recently visited the Paris Baguette in Irvine to pick up desserts for a friend's bridal shower, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. This was an absolutely terrible experience. The strawberries on the cake were clearly moldy — something that was obvious at first glance. Yet the staff did not check the cake at all before packaging it and handing it to me. This isn’t about taste or preference — this is a basic food safety issue. Selling a cake with visibly spoiled fruit is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control and responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly shocked that this was allowed to leave the store. I will not be coming back, and I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

The service was quick and friendly, and I was able to pick up from a designated location, which I appreciated. The location was pretty empty for a Sunday morning, which was nice. My order was done incorrectly, but they were quick to remake it and apologize.
