Sign in to reviewExcellent pastry shop! I went there a bit late but the place was still packed and they had a good selection of fresh pastries. I had several. Each was perfect! I loved it. Highly recommended!
This location is the best, everything is fresh and so delicious omg, i really recommend this place to anyone who loves baked stuff and cakes and coffee, it’s really worth every penny yo spend there
First of all, your products are really good, but they are expensive. Also, if you are selling products at such high prices, what is this plastic cutlery? Are we supposed to eat dessert with our hands too? At least provide proper metal forks and knives for people who eat here, because your products are not the kind of food you can enjoy with plastic utensils. I burned more calories struggling to eat than I got from the food. You should also choose your staff to be a bit more friendly.
Paris Baguette offers a pleasant bakery experience with a variety of delicious pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a nice spot for a coffee break or a quick bite. The coffee is well-brewed and pairs nicely with the pastries. While the staff are generally friendly and helpful, there have been occasional reports of slow service during busy times. Additionally, some customers feel that the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes. Overall, Paris Baguette is a good choice for those in the area looking for tasty treats and a comfortable atmosphere. With a few improvements in service speed and pricing, it could be an even better experience.
I’m a regular at Paris Baguette and come here almost every day, usually ordering through the app. Until now, I’ve had a decent experience—but what happened recently was very disappointing. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order but accidentally went to a different location and ended up paying for another coffee. I know from experience that this location typically prepares drinks when you arrive, not in advance, so I assumed my original order was never made. Today, I came back to politely explain the situation and asked if they could make the drink I had already paid for. Instead of trying to help or even listen, the employee (a man wearing glasses, who seemed like a manager or person in charge) responded with attitude and immediately questioned me in a rude and dismissive way—basically implying I was lying or trying to get something for free. There was no attempt to resolve the situation professionally, no customer service, and no basic respect. As someone who supports this place regularly, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. If this person is actually managing the store, there’s a serious issue with how customers are being treated. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—just basic courtesy and a willingness to handle a simple situation. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression.
