The service is top class, with large croissants filled with Nutella that were a hit with my friend. She enjoyed a mocha with a dairy alternative, which was good. My espresso was good. My baguette was fresh and tasty. I looked around the strip centre off the block adjacent to H-Mart, a first choice in Spring Branch.

Hello—this place is wonderful: clean and well-organized. However, I wanted to specifically mention that I asked a question and was assisted by a young man with blue eyes. I asked him his name—"What's your name?"—and he very politely replied, "Adrian." He then gave me an explanation that left me truly impressed. This young man is excellent; honestly, he is exactly the kind of person who should be assisting customers. Thank you—that is just my humble opinion.

I visited this location to enjoy coffee and pastries with a friend in the afternoon. I originally wanted to order a latte, but was told their espresso machine was out of service, so we ordered two filter coffees and pastries instead. Unfortunately, the coffee was lukewarm, overly bitter, and had noticeable grounds settled at the bottom of the cup. When I brought this to the counter, the manager initially offered to remake the coffee. Since we had already spent time there and only one of us wanted another cup, I asked if one coffee could simply be refunded. An employee told us that only the manager could process the refund, so we waited. When it was finally time for us to leave, two other employees informed us that they do not replace or refund coffee for being cold or bitter. What was most disappointing was their attitude. Rather than listening to a customer concern professionally, they appeared to mock the situation and made me feel embarrassed for raising a legitimate issue. Another staff member eventually resolved the matter, but the experience had already left a very negative impression. This was not about the cost of a cup of coffee—it was about basic customer service and respect. I expect a well-known bakery chain like Paris Baguette to handle customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a bakery, and I will not be returning.
