Partea's House

I’ve come to stay at the hotel cross the street for a year and half and averaged one week stay for every 4 months,for this while tkme I’ve never seen a single customer walked into that boba shop,literally not a single one!!!For a long time,I thought this place is a front for something else??!! Yesterday me and hubby walked in and ordered a something to see what actually it is.We ordered the signature boba tea,it reminded me of the all preservatives and chemical powers mix when they used to sell at those tiny stalls when I was a junior high. We had this young sweet innocent little girl working there,for a while I thought she was trafficked,we wanted to go tell her stoping working there so bad. Jesus,if they are legit,how can a business has its door open without any customer is beyond me.

One of our favorite tea shops in Houston, mainly bc we love the coffee jelly there. Our favs are the signature milk tea (w/coffee jelly) and the passion fruit green teas. Just visited today 4.23.26 and so happy that they are still open.

This boba place is honestly really underrated in the Bellaire area! Located by Gerry’s grill, this is a wonderful place to get some dessert. The atmosphere is wonderful and is overall a really neat shop. The service has also been a delight as well. This place offers a lot of teas, coffees, and juices. I ordered an hojicha tea with coffee jelly, and it was absolutely delicious! I absolutely recommend this place!

Came all the way from dfw area, the tea were made to order. Great atmosphere, loved the taro milk tea because it had real taro in the tea but I wished they wouldn't use the fake purple taro powder so the milk tea can be purple color and just stick to the real taro bits. Bathroom is clean and has Korean pop playing on the tv. I liked how they had an air filter running in the corner to filter germs and bacteria from people not wearing mask. Overall great experience and might come back if I'm in the area.

Nut allergy friendly, no issues with the drink I ordered. TL;DR: Maybe one of my new favorite boba shops in Bellaire. Time to Order: 7 Minutes with no line Partea's is an unassuming boba shop tucked away into a back corner of Dun Huang Plaza. I walked over after parking nearby. Inside, it's actually quite modern. There are photo booths (for a fee) and some tables. Only one person was working when I was there. I ordered a white peach oolong tea with 30% sugar, less ice, with boba. If I didn't know any better, I would swear that they are using a syrup or flavored sweetener. This was one of the most intense peach flavored oolong teas I've ever had. I let my friends taste and they all agreed. I sampled their Vietnamese coffee as well, which is quite a generous serving for the price, and very roasty. I will definitely be back and I hope they get more business to stay open!
