Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Today we went back to this location after many years because the cooked dishes were not done as traditional done by Pei Wei, went very bad. But today we went to try and knew that there is a new owner and tried again. It was very good as we wanted. It was rice and noodles plates with soy sauce!! Last times ago, instead, there were “soups” of soy with rice and noodles. Now we can recommend this place. Vicente, the manager, was very friendly & professional !! Clean and fast. Danny was a very kind and friendly! Helped Us order without any hassle. The lady working in the kitchen came to the front to help us understand the spice level. Good location

Today is my play premiere and I don’t have too much time to cook. So I asked my kids what the want for lunch, (who by the are off school this eeek because spring brake) and immediately they choose Pei Way. This is a great place to order Asian food for Fridays, the menu is really diverse and delicious. And the service is great.

The food is always good from Pei Wei. We ordered extra sauce on the side for our General Tsao chicken (mild) and actually received ZERO sauce. Doesn't make for a great combo and feel like we wasted our money on this order. I called the Katy location that we ordered from and talked to Benson about not receiving our extra sauce for the General Tsao chicken dish. He said he'd comp us for the sauce price at $1.99. Are you kidding me? We paid $30 for everything on our order and he said to contact the GM Mike but he's not in until Saturday. It's Wednesday. Benson was extremely rude and unapologetic and Mike needs to do a better job training his employees to understand that the customer comes first in a service industry. Either get the order correct or offer a better comp than just $1.99. Circling back to see if Mike even responds to this message. We'll see.......Unhappy customer for sure!

Vicente was very pleasant with helping choosing a flavorful meal. He provided above and beyond service while taking his time to explain all the choices available. The food came out quick, hot, fresh and most of all delicious. Will definitely return.
