The food looked good, however, the chief served me fried rice that is soaked with sauce. The beef were somewhat tender. But the flavor was very overwhelmingly. The server didn’t bring any utensils when handed me the food. This Pei Wei is definitely the worst one I have been to.

I ordered my dinner through Uber Eats. So I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere of this restaurant. The food however is very sweet. Sugary. I ordered the Gen. Tso chicken, with fried rice, green beans and pork egg rolls. And a mandarin orange tea. My first bite was into the fried rice where I was surprised to taste sweetness. In fried rice? The general Tso was more sweet than spicy. And the Green Beans tossed in a garlic chili paste and very sweet sauce we're pushing the limits of my sweet tooth. I was not impressed with the egg roll. Although I'm thankful that they didn't find a way to incorporate sugar.

Went for a late lunch to this location. Both my husband and I got Chicken Pad Tai. The chicken was undercooked and had even had wing tips in mine with skin and bone. The sweet waitress got us each a new meal. I went for lettuce wraps and they definitely had an odd taste. My husband fiery chicken and it was just OK. This meal was not cheap and we were extremely disappointed. We won’t go back

Chang’s knows how to hit that sweet spot between “fancy enough to impress” and “comfy enough to not stress your outfit.” The sushi roll? Easily one of the best I’ve had in ages. The lettuce wraps? Literal soul food—if your soul craves crunchy, savory goodness, you’re covered. But the drinks? They took a hard left into sour-town and missed the mark. Like, who ordered these sad cocktails? Not me. Inside, it’s a surprisingly romantic little nook with dim lighting and cozy seating. Perfect for date night if you want the vibe without the stiff atmosphere or dress code. Now, the server… yeah, they were acting like they’d rather be anywhere else. Rude energy doesn’t usually come with the P.F. Chang’s territory, so I’m chalking it up to an off day. Happens. Heads up: it ain’t cheap. But hey, I walked out full and happy enough to justify the splurge. Bottom line: Skip the drinks, order all the sushi and lettuce wraps, and enjoy the cozy vibe — just hope for better service next time.

I recently visited Pei Wei and was really impressed by their customer service. The staff welcomed us warmly as soon as we walked in, and they stayed friendly and calm even during busy moments. The restaurant was clean, the food came out hot, and everything tasted fresh.
