The technicians Keyla and Des are very nice and helpful. I appreciate them getting my Macrobid ready as fast as they did as I was in severe pain from a UTI. The pharmacist Mona is also always very sweet. As a customer, I appreciate how hard they work.
My mom and 93-year-old grandma went here to get their RSV vaccines. As my grandma has mobility issues, Dez was kind enough to administer their vaccines from the comfort of their car (in the rain, no less!). We greatly appreciate Dez and her amazing customer service and helpfulness. We would definitely recommend People First Pharmacy and will come back here in the future.
This location is partnered with GoodRx GOLD. If you are visiting this location, please make sure to you let them know your using GoodRx and also show gold card if you have one. They will say they're not partnered with it or saying there can't be additional discount for the medication. I am never returning back to this location. Ever. I choose this location based on the price I saw from GoodRx Gold also it was the at the very top on the list where partners with GoodRx Gold. I picked up my prescription thinking I will pay what I was told (which was $3.11 after using gold membership, regular Good Rx price was about $11). The lady at the front desk told me $20 which was insane price gap to me so I told her "I have an GoodRx Gold membership. Is there ay price difference if I use this?" She responded saying that this pharmacy is not on the list/ partnership with GoodRx, also saying they have been trying to be on the list but it hasn't happened. I paid $20 because I needed my medication and didn't want to argue or show frustration at the store thinking she doesn't know that this location is partner shipped with GoodRx. I called the customer support and the agent confirmed that the location I went is with GoodRx and also treat gold membership. My payment was reimbursed by the agent I talked to and he thanked me calling the GoodRx because there are cases where the pharmacies like this location are not willing to provide additional discount so they will just say to customers they are not part of the partnership even though they are clearly on the list.
I had the pleasure of getting my flu shot and my Covid booster shot from des. It honestly was the easiest process and smoothest time I’ve had dealing with getting boosters and shots. This will be my go to for any shot I need in the future, would definitely recommend
