Sign in to reviewI placed an order for a patient and is still "pending", is been 2 weeks. No one is responding for this prescription. No answer to any of my emails. They do not have a direct phone number to the pharmacy. It goes to a call center. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Adina and her staff are absolutely the best! Professional and friendly every time. Great service that goes above and beyond. I highly recommend!
This is the worst company I have ever used. I did not want to sign up for any subscriptions. I emailed them multiple times and even called to let them know I did not want the membership or any medications. I did not give this company authorization to keep charging me for something I did not want. Despite showing no interest in continuing with their products, they still charged me $299,00 Then, even after I complained, they charged me another $299,00 I contacted my bank, but they have to conduct an investigation.. They never replied to my emails or take they phone,they are never available to take they phone calls
I’ve used several pharmacies in the past, and this is simply the best of all. Adina is very friendly and thoughtful. She would check with my insurance and online coupons so that I could receive the best pricing available to me. She would call me to resolve any confusion or question on my prescriptions, and ensure there were no mistakes. They also offer free delivery which works very well for me. Now I don’t want to go to any other pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the region.
I am very pleased to have found 986 Pharmacy. They are very professional and helpful. I have never received such great service from a pharmacy. This isn't some big, impersonal pharmacy chain where customers are taken for granted. Adina and her staff are on the job and I have never had to wait for a prescription refill, as I had to do when using one of the large chain pharmacies.
