Phila Nail Wholesale Store is a beauty supply store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, located at 6201 N Front St #107-108, Philadelphia, PA 19120. It is a local option for nail professionals and shoppers looking for nail products in Northeast Philadelphia. Customer feedback points especially to supplies for salon use, including gel color, builder gel, and sculpture gel. If you are planning a visit, the store lists hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, and closed Saturday. Check the hours before traveling, particularly around holidays, as schedules can change.

Nail salon owners may find the product selection relevant to their day-to-day work. One customer specifically praises the Juliette Dolly brand, describing its quality and noting that the gel colors matched their expectations closely. The same review calls out a builder gel set and sculpture gel, making these products useful starting points for shoppers comparing options. Other reviewers mention finding the products they needed for their salons. These are individual customer experiences rather than a guarantee that a specific item or shade will be available, so it can help to ask the team about current stock before making a trip for a particular product.

The store has received both positive and critical comments about service, so the shopping experience may vary. Some customers describe staff as friendly and helpful, while others report rude or dismissive interactions. A reviewer also raised a concern about a difference between the amount shown on a handwritten receipt and the final debit-card charge, including tax. If anything about pricing is unclear, consider confirming the total and asking for an itemized receipt before completing payment. This practical step can make expectations clear, especially when purchasing several supplies at once.

With a 4-star rating across 146 reviews, Phila Nail Wholesale Store has feedback from a range of local shoppers. It may suit nail technicians and salon owners seeking gel products or other nail supplies, as well as customers who prefer to compare products in person. The address is on N Front Street, and the posted schedule includes Sunday hours but no Saturday opening. For a focused visit, bring the names or photos of the products you need and confirm availability and pricing with the store. That keeps the trip straightforward while allowing you to assess the selection and service for yourself.

The shop owner was incredibly rude. We simply wanted to ask a few questions, but he was busy assembling shelves and told us he didn't have time to assist us. The other two employees in the store seemed to be there merely for decoration. I have strong reasons to believe that they harbor discriminatory attitudes toward certain racial groups. Since your shelves are apparently more important to you than your customers, there is absolutely no need for us to ever visit your shop again.

The front desk staff was extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. The whole experience was terrible. What’s even worse is that the handwritten receipt they gave did not include any tax, but when I paid with a debit card, they suddenly charged extra tax. The final amount charged did not match the receipt at all. Very dishonest and misleading. I’ve owned a nail salon for 8 years, and I have never seen any nail supply store operate like this. I will definitely be telling all the nail salon owners I know not to shop here. Absolutely horrible experience.

I’ve been shopping here for about a year and each time the experience is different. Today I decided I will no longer be supporting this business with my money. I always come in knowing exactly what I’m looking for and always end up grabbing extra items. Today I came in because I needed more topcoat and an acrylic powder from vbp. I grabbed those and as usual I grabbed extra items. I walked over to the cat eye gel polishes that come in the boxes and started picking out a few. While doing so a guy who worked there walked to me and made conversation and also said if I needed anything to let him know. About a minute later another worker came up and rudely said I couldn’t buy the gel polishes separately. I let him know I’ve bought polishes separately on multiple occasions with no problem. He then said I couldn’t buy separately from that specific brand which again makes no sense because I’ve bought separately from that brand and the other brands in the store with no problem. He kept repeating the same thing so I said no problem and put everything in my cart back then left the store. I then came back in the store and bought 2 topcoats because again I needed them and didn’t have the time to travel to another store. The lady who worked there rang me out and asked what method I was paying with and I said card and she said she needed my id. Again, I’ve been shopping here for almost a year and not once have I ever been asked for my id if I paid card which I do every time. She then proceeds to pull out a notepad and tried to write my information down. Immediately I said absolutely not, I’ll be damned if I let you write my information down so you can do who knows what with it. Then she said I’m not writing it, you can but if I pay cash I didn’t have to write it. Thank God, I just happened to have cash on me today. She said taking Id and information was store policy. Which again is funny because this is the first time I’m hearing about it. Every time I come in they ask me a bunch of questions about what I’m buying as if I’m a beginner. I’ve been doing my nails with professional products for almost 9 years and I’ve been a nail tech for 7 years. I know exactly how to use every product I purchase. I will not be spending any money in this location anymore. Businesses that treat their loyal customers like this deserve nothing.
