Its menu offers familiar Vietnamese favorites, including pho, noodle bowls with grilled pork, and other options such as fried rice. For people searching for Vietnamese food in Denver, Phở 63 is a neighborhood stop to consider for a bowl of soup, a noodle meal, or a casual lunch or dinner. Pho is a standout in customer feedback. Diners describe the broth as hot, savory, and flavorful, served with noodles and a selection of proteins. One review of the beef combination pho mentioned a generous amount of meat alongside bean sprouts, jalapeño, mint, and lime, while another praised tender steak, meatballs, fresh basil, sprouts, and lime. These details give first-time visitors a useful sense of the meal: a warming bowl with fresh accompaniments that can be added to taste. Guests who enjoy building each bite with herbs and citrus may find this style especially appealing.

The menu also reaches beyond pho. Reviewers mention a grilled pork noodle bowl as tasty and reasonably priced, with other proteins and bases available, including fried rice. Crab wontons and Thai tea with boba also appear in customer comments. One diner found the wontons creamy and served hot and quickly, while noting that they contained less crab than expected. These are customer impressions rather than promises about every visit, but they help paint a concrete picture of the variety people have tried at Phở 63. The mix may suit diners looking for more than a single kind of noodle soup.

The atmosphere has been described by one visitor as uncrowded, with plenty of seating, making the restaurant a possible choice for a relaxed meal with company. Feedback on service and value is mixed, and one review raised concerns about the children’s portion and another about how a small soup order was handled. Because experiences can differ, guests with specific portion needs may want to clarify their order before choosing. Phở 63 has a 4.2-star rating from 366 reviews, offering prospective diners a broader snapshot alongside individual opinions. Whether you are seeking pho in southeast Denver, grilled pork noodles, or a familiar Vietnamese menu near Hampden Avenue, the restaurant’s dishes and posted daily hours make it straightforward to plan a visit.

My experience was not pleasant here, while the couple seem nice at first. They were seemly upset after we ordered a kids size soup for a senior friend, she didn't want to eat a big bowl of soup so she only wanted a small one. The old lady serving was extremely annoyed after that and the service wend down hill after that... Not so sure why as we are still bringing them business. Overall, it left a bad taste and I don't we will ever eat there again. Food was not that good.

The menu here is pretty typical Vietnamese and the food is quite good. The noodle bowl with grilled pork was tasty with a reasonable price. Other proteins are available as well as other bases such as fried rice and pho. …

The visit overall was good. It wasn't crowded with plenty of seating. I ordered the large "benchmark" beef combination phò. The broth was hot and savory. It was paired with the right amount of bean sprouts, jalapeño, mint, and lime wedges. There was a proper amount of proteins with the noodles. I could have used more noodles, but the wait staff didn't hear my request. I paired my bites with the house-chilli paste in lieu of the popular choice of Sriracha. The paste could have been store bought also, and I'm not disappointed with that if it was the case. The paste brought the right amount of heat to each bite. Overall, it was great, and you can't go wrong choosing this place.

The pho was delicious. Very fresh basil, bean sprouts, and lime. The steak was tender and great meatballs. I really liked the flavor of the broth. The crab wantons were good. Very creamy, but not a lot of crab in them. Still very enjoyable and they came out fast and hot. The Thai tea with Boba is sooooo good. The service was good. Attentive and very friendly. I'm definitely going to have to come back.
