Phở Ha Saigon is a Vietnamese restaurant at 575 Adams Ave in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serving diners in Northeast Philadelphia. For anyone searching for pho in Philadelphia, this neighborhood restaurant offers a straightforward reason to stop in: generous bowls, familiar Vietnamese favorites, and a dining room that local customers describe as busy and welcoming. The restaurant is open daily from 9:30 a.m.; it closes at 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Its address is 575 Adams Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19120, making it easy to locate when planning a meal in the area.

Pho is a standout choice here. Customers mention numbered options such as #19 and #20, with medium and large bowl sizes available. Reviews emphasize the substantial portions, generous amounts of meat, and how filling a large bowl can be. That makes Phở Ha Saigon a practical pick for a satisfying lunch or a relaxed meal when a warm bowl of soup sounds especially appealing. Regular customers also note that the food arrives warm and that its taste and quality have remained consistent over time. If you are deciding between sizes, the difference is noticeable: one diner described the large bowl as so generous that finishing it was a challenge.

The menu reaches beyond pho. Customer feedback also calls out Vietnamese pork chops as a returning favorite and describes a variety of food options with appealing Vietnamese flavors. These mentions give groups with different preferences a few ways to find something familiar, whether they come specifically for pho or want to order a different Vietnamese dish. The reviews point to food that is served warm and satisfying, without suggesting that every diner orders the same thing. For a quick lunch, a regular weekly visit, or a casual dinner, the combination of soup, other Vietnamese dishes, and generous servings gives the restaurant broad everyday appeal.

Phở Ha Saigon has an energetic, often crowded atmosphere, particularly on Friday nights, according to customers. That busy feeling is part of the experience to keep in mind when choosing a time to visit; reviewers say the food is worth the wait and describe staff and the cashier as friendly and welcoming. A parking lot is located in front of the restaurant, though a reviewer notes it can become crowded. With a 4.2-star rating from 1,989 reviews, Phở Ha Saigon is an established Philadelphia option for diners seeking a local Vietnamese restaurant, generously portioned pho, and comforting Vietnamese favorites. It is especially well suited to repeat customers, casual lunches, and anyone looking for a filling meal on Adams Avenue.

My friend and I went here today. I ordered number 20 pho and he ordered number 19 pho. I got a large and he got a medium, side by side, we can see the size difference. The large bowl was so large that I could barely finish it all. Was very full and very satisfied. The bowl has a LOT of meat and especially for a bowl that comes for 15.3. The atmosphere was also very good. It has a large spacious place and calming music. The staffs were also very attentive and friendly. I would definitely visit again!

I’m a regular at Pho Ha Saigon, and my husband and I come here almost once a week! Whenever we’re looking for a quick and satisfying lunch, this is always our top choice. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time because the taste and quality have stayed consistently good since the beginning. I’ve tried many different pho places around the area, but somehow I always end up coming back here. Definitely our go-to spot for pho!

This is my second favorite pho spot in the northeast area of Philadelphia. They boast a delightful variety of food options, each bursting with authentic flavors. The service is exceptional, making every visit a pleasant experience. They offer two sizes—medium and large—both of which come with generous portions that never leave you wanting more. If you're in the mood for genuine Vietnamese cuisine, this is an absolute must-try destination.

The restaurant is always very busy, especially on Friday nights when it gets very crowded, but the food is delicious and well worth it. Most of the staff and the cashier are always smiling, friendly, beautiful, and very welcoming to …

Been here various times from 2018 to 2022 and onward. Food is always served warm and properly. I always get my usual Vietnamese pork chops and they never disappoint. There's a parking lot in the front and sometimes it does get crowded. The door is also extremely heavy to push but they're not closed, it just requires extra force. They're always crowded, so that's good business which says a lot about their food. I've never had an issue with the food. Occasionally, the elder woman waitress catches an attitude but it varies on different days, depending on her mood. They also provide take out which takes 15-20 minutes depending on the menu item. Payment can be taken to the front desk after meals. The seats next to the windows are always the coldest. Their bathrooms are also usually very clean. Good place.
