Pho Ok Denver is a Vietnamese restaurant at 890 S Monaco St Pkwy in Denver, Colorado. It is a neighborhood spot for Vietnamese noodle soup and other menu choices, with customer reviews highlighting pho, generous servings, and boba drinks. The restaurant has a 4.5-star rating from 733 reviews, reflecting an overall positive response alongside some mixed experiences. If you are looking for a local place to try a bowl of pho or pick up Vietnamese food, Pho Ok Denver is one option to consider in Denver’s 80224 area.

Pho is a recurring favorite among diners. Reviewers mention beef served with rice noodles and describe the broth as clear, clean-tasting, and delicious; one customer particularly appreciated that a takeout pho order arrived with the meat, noodles, and toppings separated. Other feedback is more reserved: one reviewer describes the pho broth as mild, with little noticeable spice, and says the pho itself was simply okay. Taken together, the comments suggest a straightforward bowl that some customers enjoy for its broth and comfort-food appeal, while diners seeking a more strongly spiced or distinctive broth may have a different impression.

Portions are another point customers bring up. One reviewer says the large noodle soup is substantially bigger than the medium and costs only a dollar more, with enough for two meals. That makes the larger size worth considering if you have a hearty appetite or would like leftovers. The menu is described as broad, though pho remains the dish several reviewers return to. Customer mentions also include ha cao, or dumplings, and beef with rice noodles, giving first-time visitors a few specific items to look for without suggesting that every dish has been reviewed equally.

Boba drinks and smoothies are part of the experience, too. One customer enthusiastically praises the boba, while another finds the boba smoothies too sweet, so sweetness preference may shape how you feel about them. The atmosphere is described by one diner as good, and another characterizes the restaurant as small and somewhat hidden. If you are visiting for the first time, allow a little attention for finding the location along S Monaco Street Parkway. Reviews vary on service: some describe satisfying speed and friendly staff, while another says it can be difficult to get prompt attention. Going with a flexible schedule may help set expectations.

For takeout, the separated pho components have been appreciated by at least one customer, since they allow the ingredients to be combined when you are ready to eat. Pho Ok Denver may suit nearby residents, pho fans, and diners who value generous noodle-soup portions and a range of menu choices. Customer experiences are not uniform, particularly around service and the flavor of the broth, so it is helpful to weigh those differing impressions against what you want from a Vietnamese restaurant. The address is 890 S Monaco St Pkwy, Denver, CO 80224; hours were not provided in the available business information.

It's hard to be attended to promptly but we love going here. Bobas rock and the beef with rice noodles is so delicious. I will change my stars to 4 when they shift gears. I think 1 out of 7 times they've actually been attentive.

I’m about a 2 minute drive from this place. I have been wanting to try them for some time. I ordered take out for the first time today. I ordered pho and hacao. It was delicious. They nicely separated the meat, noodles and toppings which I appreciate. The broth was delicious and clean. I mainly ordered it for myself, but then my husband decided to join in. The serving size was more than sufficient to feed two people. I did order a large. Definitely worth the price. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They had my order ready when I entered. I definitely will be eating here again.

Good small Pho restaurant. Very large menu selection but I always get the noodle soup. Their large is LARGE and it is only $1 more then the medium and it is enough for two meals. The boba smoothies are too sweet for me. …

One of my favorite Pho places. Great portions and good atmosphere. Every time I go, I am always so satisfied with the service speed, flavor, and quality. I really like the staff as well. It is kind of hidden but worth it. I have already gone twice this year and am planning to come back.

Update: Used to be part of a normal rotation but food poisoning last year has made it hard to go back. The name “Pho Ok” is pretty spot on for the quality of pho itself. A clear beef broth, no real sign of star anise or other spice, nothing amazing, just OK. However the other things about the restaurant bring it up. Try the roll it yourself Special Rolls and you are in for a treat! Portion is large, with plenty of side herbs and spices to go with the combination of grilled meats and fried egg rolls. Sevice is kind and quick.
