This is a restaurant I eat at every week. Today, the pork chop wasn't very fresh, so I called to complain. I didn't need a replacement, just a simple reminder. The receptionist's rude attitude when she answered the phone was disgusting. She told me she was only responsible for taking orders and didn't know anything about kitchen issues. She said she couldn't help me report it. Is this the attitude a front desk manager should have? I will never order from there again. To the restaurant owner, if you see this review, you should seriously reflect on your front desk manager's professionalism.
Pho Saigon is a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant that never disappoints. Whenever I visit, I always order the Pho Tai Bo Vien, and it consistently comes out delicious and satisfying. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the meat is always cooked to perfection. One thing that really sets Pho Saigon apart is the attentive and friendly staff. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that every customer is happy and satisfied with their experience. Additionally, the owner is incredibly cool and welcoming, which only adds to the positive atmosphere of the restaurant. Speaking of atmosphere, Pho Saigon has a cozy and welcoming feel, making it the perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner. It truly has the feel of a typical mom and pop restaurant, which only adds to its charm. (Even the Mayor of Philadelphia stopped by!) Overall, I highly recommend Pho Saigon for anyone looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. I know I'll definitely be back for more!
Probably my favorite pho spot. The broth has just the right amount of spice and beefiness. Issue is price keeps raising and portions decreases. Staff not the friendliest.
This place is so good every time. Highly recommend the banh mi + pho, but I didn’t enjoy the bun bo hue. There is a upcharge w/ card payments, so bring cash!! My go-to spot for a cheap yummy meal 🤗
The portion is less now but the price is the same. The flavor are okay. They cut the vietnamese meatballs thin now.
