Phở Saigon Noodle House is a Vietnamese restaurant in Milpitas, CA, located at 1455 Landess Ave, that has earned a steady local following with a 4-star rating from 659 reviews. Open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., it is an easy choice for lunch, dinner, or a late-night bowl when many other places are already closed. The location on Landess Ave also makes it a practical stop for nearby residents and people passing through Milpitas looking for a familiar pho spot. For searchers comparing Vietnamese restaurants in the area, the mix of hours, location, and review history makes this one easy to spot. It is a straightforward fit for local searchers who value convenience as much as flavor. That makes it an easy pick for anyone who wants consistency.
The most talked-about dish here is the pho, especially the combination pho, which several guests say delivers a good balance of ingredients and broth. Reviewers also mention rice plates and fried spring rolls, along with a menu that offers enough variety to give returning diners new choices. Portions are described as just right, and that mix of familiar staples and flexible options makes the restaurant a practical stop for anyone who wants a straightforward Vietnamese meal without overcomplication. It is easy for new visitors to find something familiar without having to sort through an overwhelming menu, which matters when you want a reliable stop more than a long list of unfamiliar specialties. That consistency is part of the appeal for repeat diners.
Service feedback is mixed, but many customers describe the staff as warm, welcoming, and fast when orders are placed. Others have noted a less consistent experience, so it helps to go in expecting a busy, no-frills neighborhood setting rather than a highly polished dining room. That honest mix of opinions is useful for local searchers, because it paints a realistic picture: this is a place where the food and speed often bring people back, while the experience can vary from visit to visit. For many diners, that honesty is part of the appeal, and a few guests have also mentioned that prices have changed over time. Taken together, the reviews suggest a restaurant that stays focused on the basics.
The atmosphere feels popular and active, with a steady stream of people coming in, which suggests it is a trusted local stop for the surrounding community. It can work well for someone who wants a dependable bowl of pho, a rice plate, or a quick Vietnamese meal late in the day, especially after work or before heading home. Some guests have mentioned that the pho comes with a light amount of vegetables, so expectations should be set accordingly. Even so, for diners in Milpitas looking for an accessible Vietnamese restaurant with familiar flavors and late hours, Phở Saigon Noodle House remains a notable choice. It is especially useful for anyone who wants a simple sit-down meal without needing a reservation or a special occasion.

Sign in to reviewService: the staff is warm and welcoming. They make sure your order is correct and they deliver fast too. Food: the fly is pretty good but I prefer another style of fried spring roll for sure but it doesn’t affect the flavor :) The price increased quite a bit since we came last year. Ambiance: very casual.
Very rude staffs. I was in a video call and was showing the Philippine pesos and the Martin Nievera concert poster . And then randomly this lady approached me saying I’m not allowed to take photos. And forced me to show her my photos in an attempt to delete them. I’m under the weather and I just want to seat in the far corner and eat chicken soup in peace . No apologies or anything. I still went ahead and finished my food but definitely will not come back again.
We only ordered two dishes, but both were very delicious. The portions were just right. However, they provide very little vegetables to go with the pho. They have an extensive menu with many options. Seeing a constant stream of people coming in, it seems to be a popular local spot, and it’s the only pho place open late into the night. The service, however, doesn’t match the quality of the food. The staff seem to have trouble understanding what you’re saying.
I was impressed by the Pho at this restaurant. It had good balance of ingredients and broth. The menu had a good variety of Vietnamese dishes. I usually order the combination Pho, which doesn't disappoint.
Usually go for Pho. Today I tried rice plate and it was good. Will try their other dish in the future.
