Pho is a recurring favorite in customer feedback. One diner praised the shrimp pho after having a cold, while another described enjoying a spicy version of traditional noodle soup. A review also says the broth is made from beef bones and prepared fresh daily, a detail that may matter to diners who value a traditional-style bowl. Vegetarian pho and Central Grilled Chicken Pho are also specifically recommended by a repeat customer, giving visitors a couple of alternatives when beef or shrimp is not what they want. As with any restaurant, preferences can vary, so these comments are useful as individual impressions rather than guarantees of every visit.
Beyond pho, Vietnamese egg rolls stand out in one positive review, and spring rolls are also mentioned. Customer experiences are mixed: several reviewers describe the food as fresh, hot, well prepared, and satisfying, while one customer was unhappy with the spring rolls and dipping sauce. For pickup, a reviewer appreciated that the pho was carefully organized, with vegetables kept separate from the meat, and arrived hot. That packaging can make it easier to enjoy the components as intended after bringing an order home. The restaurant also received praise for fast service and friendly staff, though service and food experiences may differ from visit to visit.

This was my first time trying, This will be my last. The food her was absolutely horrible. We ordered spring rolls, it came with soggy, wet noodles, horrible wrapping, 1 piece of meat with cucumbers. The sauce was horrid. it didn’t help make it taste better, it tasted and have the consistency of hummus. The actual pho, was tasteless, watered down, I can make better than this. There was only like 2 briskets in my pho, the noodles slipt out like worms. This was the worst 50 dollar purchase ever for pho. DONT RECOMMEND ITS HORRIBLE AND TRASHY.
Ordered the shrimp pho after a cold, I swear it brought me back to life! Highly recommend, and will definitely be ordering again!
1st time ever we have tried the spicy version of traditional noodle soup, it turned out to be a great choice! The broth is made from beef bones, cooked for hours, made fresh, from scratch, every day, — traditionally how’s done; unlike other pho restaurants using tubes to mix soup. We ordered the Central Pho Combo, it has this very nice lemon grass zing in it, with just a lively mild spice (you can choose spice levels), and FRESH meat & vegetables, generous portions! One of the kind authentic noodles, we haven’t seen it anywhere else in Denver or Colorado.
Been here a few times now and they never fail. Fast, delicious, fresh and super friendly. The Veggie and Central Grilled Chicken Pho is amazing. The Vietnamese Egg Rolls are incredible. I can’t pick a better spot on University!
I ordered off DoorDash (for pickup) Everything was well prepared and organized. The food was HOT—which is what I look for. I loved how the pho was packaged. Everything was in a bowl with the veggies in a separate plastic part (separate from the meat) in the bowl. It was perfect for when I ate my food at the park. The food tasted AMAZING. Honestly one of the best bowls of pho I’ve had. The broth was genuinely perfect and light. Everything tasted wonderful and I can’t wait to go back for more!
