Ordered the oxtail pho 🍜 🐂, and it was delicious! 😋 It came in a large bowl with plenty of flavorful broth, and each slice of meat was tender and fresh. I enjoyed every spoonful of this hearty soup. 🥣 I also ordered the Thai tea to go 🧋, and it was quite nice. My friend also ordered the pad Thai, I had a quick taste, and it was quite flavorful. This cute, welcoming restaurant is just minutes away from my workplace, so I’ll definitely be coming back. 💛 The service was attentive, and the place was clean and cozy. 🌟
Hidden charges, you have to check your receipt before paying. Never been to a restaurant that charges you to go containers. Good thing my husband checked the receipt before he pay and that's when we found out that you have to pay for to go containers and they said that's the rule when we ask them why. But oh well, I was going to say next time we go back we bring our own containers but that was the first and last time we going, never again, they have rules and hidden charges at d end
Pho Tai is a restaurant that makes beef noodle soup in a very loudsy way. The waitress brought out a plate of beef noodle soup with no color and a clear, odorless broth... I asked her why the beef noodle soup was cloudy white and tasteless, and she said the owner told her to add chicken broth, a few pieces of pork, and pork blood... What the hell... I grew up in Central Vietnam, and beef noodle soup is the soul of Hue cuisine.. we can't accept this dishonest practice... If she had said, "We're not making beef noodle soup today," my husband and I would have ordered something else... But do they think everyone else is stupid or something. Immediately, my husband and I paid for our two meals and didn't even touch the bowl of beef noodle soup. I will never return here after being a regular customer for several years. Very disappointed... ☹️
