Massage is a central part of the experience. Reviewers describe sessions with Kelly as relaxing, professional, and effective, including for guests who prefer medium pressure. One client who usually seeks firmer pressure found Kelly’s medium-pressure approach effective without feeling too light. Another visitor passing through Phoenix said they were treated like a regular client and would want to return. Reviews also mention hot stones, as well as post-operative lymphatic massage; anyone considering care after surgery should discuss their needs and suitability directly with the spa and their healthcare professional.

Facials are another service clients specifically praise. One repeat guest says Kelly provides informative guidance and helpful suggestions, while making it clear that there is no pressure to purchase extra services. That combination of knowledge, courtesy, and respect for a client’s choices may appeal to people who value a straightforward conversation about their treatment. Reviewers describe Kelly as kind, humble, and professional, and say the facility feels clean and relaxing. Experiences are individual, but the feedback points to a calm setting where clients can ask questions and feel attended to.
