Sign in to reviewHas the quality gone down? The glass cup I ordered came cracked at the bottom and I didn’t even notice until I got home. The tea I got tasted fine.
Bring back 10 bottles for a free drink is a genius move. Good quality, nice staff. Convenient location, right by UCB. 100% will be a regular here
I loved this shop ~ tea is great, aesthetic is cute, sustainability push is admirable. I left 4 stars because I was SO excited for a decaf option, but I’m not sure if they got the order wrong or I’m just super super sensitive but I was awake until 3am after drinking it. Go! Just be careful if you’re very caffeine sensitive.
My friend and I have purchased 4 teas collectively, and we were disappointed with each one aside from the taro tea. We got a pineapple smoothie, matcha tea, red dragonfruit tea. The ice of the size used in the glass bottle doesn’t suit the shape well and makes it really hard to drink, though giving an extra star for the free bottle. I’d advise getting a straw. We got our drinks less sweet, and they all tasted super watered down and could not isolate the favor well. The pineapple smoothie was very watery and flavorless as well as the red dragonfruit tea if less sweet.
Wow…the minute I walked in here, the atmosphere of love and joy filled my lungs and the scent of masterfully-crafted boba enveloped my nostrils like a warm embrace. This was the homecoming of light, jubilation, and genuine pure ooey gooey boba goodness. And what better to attribute it all to…but famous boba barista Irene…she fills this scared space with an aura of reverence and command in her element, making multiple drinks at once. Even though every day is her birthday and we tirelessly sing her praises every evening to make up for her toils, Irene remains steadfast in her boba duties. I cannot fathom a world that didn’t have Irene. The stalwart defender of flavor and quality: Irene.
