Precision Tire and Auto Center

I recently had my 1998 Chevy truck serviced to replace the ball bearings, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. The service team was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. There were no surprises—just honest communication and a clear commitment to doing the job right. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust, especially with an older vehicle, but they absolutely delivered. As for the work itself, it was top-notch. The truck drives smoother than it has in years, and you can immediately feel the difference in handling and stability. It’s clear that the technicians take real pride in their craftsmanship and don’t cut corners. Overall, this was a stellar experience. Excellent customer service paired with high-quality workmanship is hard to come by, but this team nailed it. I’d highly recommend Precision Tire and Auto to anyone needing reliable, expert automotive care.

Great experience, again. We live within a mile of Precision and have used their services many times since their opening. Always been honest, professional, and friendly. They speak to my husband (a car guy) over the phone when he is out of town to explain anything needed while I am there or what can wait for him to do himself. Never pressured. A+++

I've trusted Precision Tire and Auto Center with my cars for almost 7 years. They're friendly, professional, and dedicated. I've had some persistent car troubles that have taken several visits to diagnose. Every time, the folks at Precision have been willing to go above and beyond to find the cause. I've always been happy with the work they do and gladly recommend them.

Precision Tire and Auto is the only shop I’ve taken all of my vehicles for over a decade!! Danny, Mike, and Rocky are super honest and great guys who will shoot you straight on any repairs your vehicle might need. These guys are NOT salesman and will not only let you know what should be fixed, but will explain WHY it should be fixed without pressuring you one way or another.. A big Thank You to all the guys at Precision Tire and Auto for being there for me whenever I’ve needed them!!

Great experience at this shop. Had a few phone calls with Rocky to discuss what I wanted done to my truck. He guided me through the process offering his expertise which was encouraging and made the buying process easier. When I showed up to have the work done I walked into a very clean lobby/waiting area. Rocky greeted me and assured me that the installation would begin promptly which it did. I waited while I had a suspension upgrade done on my truck and the job was completed quickly. The technician came and spoke to me about the job during and after and did a great job. I will return next time I need some work done and highly recommend this shop.
