We love Lin and Qi is a solid choice when downtown or you can't find parking at Lin. The service is friendly and organized. The interior design is well thought out. The free parking is an ultimate plus, especially downtown. Their wine selection and cocktails are top notch. We came here for lunch on Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a special meal to celebrate the weekend. We each ordered a soup: Hot and Sour as well as the Egg Drop with lump crab. Both were delicious. Then we shared a variety of small plates, including the shrimp-stuffed eggplant. These were so good that we ordered a second serving. We of course had the Pea shoots (an absolute must-have everytime), as well as the Salt and Pepper Shrimp, which were delicious and spiced just right. We will definitely come back again and again.

Had such a great brunch at Qi Austin this Sunday. Sat at the bar and Chris made the experience feel really personal from the start. He paid attention to the small details, checked in at the right times, and gave recommendations that were honestly perfect. Nothing felt forced or overly polished, just genuinely great service. The drinks were amazing, the soup dumplings were easily my favorite part of the meal, and everything came out at the perfect pace. It’s one of those places where you leave thinking about how good both the food and the experience were. Definitely excited to come back.

Delicious food Everytime. Service, however, is hit or miss apparently. Brought my Mom and daughter for their first time for lunar new year. We had mediocre service, less experience based than my first two visits, with little to no conversation or recommendations. We were the only table they dropped to-go boxes for, every other table they boxed their food for them, which was what happened my first two times. Makes it feel less of an experience than normal. They also gave us a desert menu that had 10 ish options and only 2 or 3 were available, which wasn't shared when we asked about desert but only when we were ready to order. Beautiful decorations, louder than normal based on the new year but nothing terrible. akaushi beef, moo shu pork, and salt and epper shrimp all phenomenal. The soup dumplings never disappoint so that's always our first bite. Cocktails took some time but we're always delicious. We will probably be back but might take some time to forget the sun par service.

It was a busy Mother's day and unable to get reservations. We decided to still try our luck. The guy at the reception was able to seat us for just party of 3 at the bar which was fine with us. We ordered some dimsums and noodle. They were …
