It offers a neighborhood option for people seeking a foot massage or body massage, with customer reviews also mentioning deep-tissue work. The spa is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., making it possible to consider a visit on a weekday or weekend. If you are searching for reflexology or massage in southeast Portland, its location on SE Powell Boulevard gives you a specific place to consider and a clear address to use when planning your visit.
Foot massage is one of the services customers describe in their feedback. Reviewers mention one-hour foot massage visits and say the massage felt relaxing; one first-time visitor also described the techniques as effective and the space as clean. Other customers report returning over an extended period, suggesting that some guests make the spa part of their regular self-care routine. Reviews also mention body massage and deep-tissue massage, which may be relevant if you are looking for work beyond a foot-focused session. Service preferences can differ, so it is sensible to explain what kind of massage you want and ask about the available options before beginning.
The atmosphere described in reviews is not entirely uniform. Some customers appreciate the cleanliness and report positive, professional sessions, while another notes that staff conversation can make the space noisy at times. Customer accounts also include concerns about the experience and communication. These are individual reports, not a guarantee of what a future visit will be like, but they are useful context when deciding whether the spa suits your preferences. You can ask questions at the front counter about the selected service, duration, price, and therapist preferences before the session starts, helping make expectations clear for both you and the staff.
Qing Qing Foot Spa has a 4.8-star rating from 201 reviews, alongside a range of individual experiences. That rating can help you compare local options, but it does not replace checking current details or discussing your needs directly. The spa may suit Portland residents and visitors who want to explore foot massage, body massage, or deep-tissue service in a straightforward setting, especially those who value evening availability. It is also worth noting your comfort preferences in advance, including whether you prefer a quieter session or have a particular therapist request. For anyone looking up a reflexologist in Portland, the combination of its SE Powell Boulevard address, daily 9 a.m.–10 p.m. hours, and customer-described massage services provides practical starting information before booking or stopping by.

First time visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was. The massage techniques used were proficient and effective. I initially chose a foot massage, and it was quite relaxing. For my next visit, I would prefer to have a male therapist for the foot massage. The staff maintained good hygiene, and the overall experience was positive. Keep up the great work! We look forward to returning.
A legitimate massage spot with NO HAPPY ENDINGS offered.. been here 4x now! If you’re looking for a deep tissue, this place gets the job done. Gets pretty noisy sometimes when they talk but I’ve been bringing AirPods and it does the trick …
I've been coming here for almost a year, and I've always had a good experience. I had a one-hour foot massage on 07/05/26, and as usual, the massage was great. …
RACIAL PROFILING! I’ve been getting massages for over 25 years across multiple states and countries, so I know what a normal, professional experience looks like. Unfortunately, my recent (8/18/26) visit to QING QING Foot Spa in Portland was anything but that. I had been here before—once with my parents and once treating a friend for their birthday—and both times were fine. That’s why I returned. Before coming in, I called to confirm they offered chair massage and was told yes, along with a $50 combo (chair + foot massage). When I arrived, I was told there was no chair massage and that I’d have to lie down instead. That was already disappointing, but I agreed to continue. What stood out immediately was being required to pay upfront before receiving any service. In 25+ years of getting massages, including previous visits to this same location, I have never been asked to do that. It felt unusual and uncomfortable. The massage itself was okay, but the situation at the end was worse. As I was leaving, I gave a $5 tip on a $50 service. Instead of accepting it, the therapist questioned it and demanded more, saying “that’s it?” and asking for $10. I found that extremely unprofessional. I took my tip back and left, at which point I was told not to come back. To be clear, the combination of being required to pay upfront (something I’ve never experienced before) and how I was treated afterward left me feeling singled out and disrespected. As a Black man, I can’t ignore how this experience came across to me. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect. At minimum, I believe customers deserve consistent policies, clear communication, and respect—none of which I experienced during this visit.
I came in because I was experiencing back pain. Before going into the massage room, I selected the 60-minute body massage for $60, and pointed to it on their service menu at the front counter. After selecting the 60-minute body massage, I was taken into the massage room. A few minutes into the massage, the guy asked if I had booked 90 minutes. I told him no and that I had selected 60 minutes. About 15 minutes later, he asked if I wanted something added, but I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I told him twice that I didn’t understand him. The only thing I clearly heard him say was that “people like it.” Thinking he was talking about a massage technique, I said, “okay, if people like it.” At no point did he tell me that what he was offering would cost me an additional $30. I eventually learned that he was trying to upsell me to try cupping. I had no idea this place even offered cupping, and it’s not something I would have agreed to if it had been explained. I was lying face down the entire time, making it even harder to understand what he was saying. I heard him bring something into the room, and since I’ve had hot stone massages before, I assumed that was what he was preparing. Instead, he started applying cups to my back. It felt strange and uncomfortable, and I told him to stop because it didn’t feel right. He either didn’t hear me or ignored me and left the cups on for a few more minutes before removing them. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see an additional $30 charge for cupping. I never knowingly agreed to that service, and I absolutely would not have chosen it if I had understood what he was asking. I came in for a simple body massage to help with back pain, not to receive an additional treatment that was never clearly explained. I left feeling like I was charged for a service I never knowingly agreed to. Upselling additional services while a customer is face down on a massage table, especially when there is a clear language barrier and the additional cost is never disclosed, is unacceptable. I will not be returning. Be aware of this practice before visiting. P.S. The cupping doesn’t even look like it was done well. I’m hoping I don’t have any issues afterward. Ugh.
