QT Vietnamese Sandwich is a Vietnamese restaurant at 48 N 10th St in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serving banh mi and coffee in a simple, no-frills setting. It’s a convenient stop for a quick meal, with a small ordering window and very limited indoor seating; customers describe the service as fast and friendly. The shop is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., making it an option for lunch, an early dinner, or a sandwich to take along while you’re out in the city.

Banh mi is the main draw, with customer reviews highlighting BBQ pork and chicken sandwiches, as well as the QT sandwich. Diners also mention lemongrass tofu and a tofu, mushroom, and onion option, with the chance to add extra vegetables. One reviewer especially enjoyed the lemongrass tofu with extra vegetables, while another praised a nicely toasted sandwich. If you’re choosing between familiar meat fillings and a plant-based option, the reviews suggest there are choices to explore.

The experience is focused on straightforward ordering and sandwiches prepared without a long wait. One customer said an order of six sandwiches was ready in about 15 minutes, making QT Vietnamese Sandwich a practical choice for a small group or a meal to share with colleagues or clients. Coffee is also mentioned positively by customers. The space itself is compact rather than designed for a lingering sit-down meal, so it may suit people who value a quick pickup more than a spacious dining room.

Customer feedback is generally positive, with a 4.6-star rating from 351 reviews. Reviews often point to the sandwiches’ flavor, quick service, and welcoming owners. Expectations about portion size and the exact traditional flavor of BBQ pork vary: one customer wanted a more generously filled sandwich, while another noted that the pork differed from the style they had eaten in Vietnam. These individual perspectives offer useful context when deciding what to order. Overall, QT Vietnamese Sandwich is a neighborhood option in Philadelphia for banh mi, including BBQ pork, chicken, and tofu varieties, served in a casual, efficient setting. A really solid sandwich at a respectable price. QT is simple and standard and no-frills, the interior of the establishment has one table and a tiny window to order from but the sandwiches are certainly worth a vist! For just over $20 we got a BBQ pork bahn mi and a chicken bahn mi and each was excellent in its own right. The standout is the bread- crusty, hearty, nicely dry without being crumbly. The protein is nicely balanced against the carrot and herbs and altogether enjoyable. There's basically nothing to criticize, but I think if it was a bit "more" with both the amount of filling and just a bit more flavorful it would be a 5 star sandwich. Either way, it's great and I recommend checking it out!

This place is nothing short of spectacular! The sandwiches and coffee are to die for. The owners Mike and Annie are very sweet and they can get you your sandwich fast. I ordered six sandwiches and they had them ready in 15 minutes. My new favorite spot to order for myself or clients!

If you're looking for a nicely toasted Banh Mi sandwich, this is a good place to stop by and try. I had the lemongrass tofu with extra veggies. I should've gotten extra everything, its that good. I will be back to try the rest of the menu out. Not really spacious enough to sit ans enjoy.

Great, fast service. The BBQ Pork Banh Mi was tasty, though it didn’t quite have that traditional BBQ pork flavor. However, for $10.75 plus tax, I expected more meat and carrots, etc... Having eaten many Banh Mi in Vietnam, I'm used to sandwiches being much more packed.

Delicious and a super friendly owner! My new go-to banh mi spot. I tried the QT and tofu, mushroom & onion and both were fab :)
