I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and my nail artist, Queenie. What started as a place to get my nails done 5 years ago has become so much more. Queenie and her staff have become like family to me. They are all incredibly talented, kind, caring and always go above and beyond to make their clients feel welcome and valued. Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with smiles, warmth and professionalism. The salon is clean, relaxing and filled with people who genuinely care about their clients and each other. As for the occasional negative review, I can only speak from my own experience after many visits. The team here works incredibly hard and treat people with respect and kindness. Sometimes there may be more to a story than what’s written online. I’ve consistently seen the staff remain patient, professional and accommodating, even in challenging situations. If you’re looking for beautiful nails, outstanding customer service and a salon that truly makes you feel like family, this is the place. Mary and Hanna went above and beyond! They did an amazing job with my nails, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and they still welcomed me with a smile. They even stayed past their closing time to make sure everything was done perfectly without making me feel rushed. Thank you both so much for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back!
I always go here for my pedicures and the have the works! Parrafin, hot stone, hot steam, foot bath bomb. I got a full set of acrylic nails done today and Queenie did an amazing job!
