R&B Tea - Katy

This was our first time trying R&B Milk Tea at the Katy location. The drinks were delicious, and the flavors were great, so we really enjoyed the taste. However, we were disappointed with a couple of things. One of the biggest highlights of boba tea is, of course, the boba—but our drink barely had any. As you can see in the photo, there were only a few pearls at the bottom, which was disappointing considering it’s supposed to be one of the main features of the drink. We also asked an employee about one of the drinks and were told it was a slushy. When we received it, it wasn’t blended at all—it was just a regular iced drink with ice cubes. It wasn’t what we expected based on the description. The drinks themselves tasted great, but the portions and communication about the menu could definitely be improved.

I ordered R&B Katy through Grubhub for pickup today. The Matcha Stormy, Hawaiian Fruit Tea, and Roasted Oolong Milk Tea were all very good. Unfortunately, the Avocado Stormy was a big letdown this time. It tasted extremely salty and was honestly difficult to finish. I had enjoyed it on a previous visit, so this felt inconsistent. I called to let them know, and although they apologized, there was no follow-up or solution offered. It was a bit disappointing, but I hope they can improve this in the future.

The drinks here are so good. I had the viet coffee, classic milk tea and strawberry slush. Employees are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!! My new favorite boba shop!

The service staff was very friendly. I ordered Rose Oolong Tea, and it was delicious, not too sweet, just the way I like it, and refreshing. I recommend this place to everyone.👌 …

I ordered the Avocado Stormy, and it was delicious—creamy, smooth, and refreshing. Plenty of parking, clean space, and solid service. Great spot if you want your boba fix without the crowd.
