Really disappointed with the customer service at this R&B location. I ordered a passion fruit tea with crystal boba, but I couldn't find any in my drink even after trying multiple times. I did order this type of drink before and it never looked like that. When I politely asked about it, the employee who made my drink immediately responded with an attitude, saying, "I literally put it in there," instead of apologizing or checking first. She then changed the sealed lid to a clear one, claimed the crystal boba was floating on top, and added more boba, but the whole interaction was rude and unprofessional. The way she handled the situation with an attitude over a simple question is unacceptable. A little kindness and professionalism would have made all the difference.
I love the location - it’s beautiful and relaxing inside! I got the Jasmine Green milk tea and the Taro tea with boba and both of them were delicious. This staff is super helpful and friendly. I have been several times already and it’s been a great experience!

Some of the best viet coffee you’ll find outside of Chinatown. Really strong and not too sweet. Also, wonderful clear boba with no syrupy texture or taste. The mangonada is great too. Very clean with kind staff and good music. Really would recommend. Also, a large free parking lot that is easy to access.
Lauren was incredibly sweet and made an amazing boba tea for us. This place is a great spot for boba tea, and I highly recommend it!
