Great spot to play the claw machine and win some cute prizes. The jasmine milk tea is my favorite. I've been so happy with it, I haven't tried anything else.
I've given this place too many chances. This time was the worst, I got sick shortly after drinking their Mango Stormy. And didnt even take a full bite of the waffle because it was raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. It smelled like burnt dough. Given it was 9pm when we ordered. But the times before then were just as bad since the drinks all left me not wanting to come back. The time I did will be the last since I ended up getting sick. Staff is nice but food is mediocre or not worth the risk. It sucks because we want to like it but not anymore.
So many drink options and add ons available. favorites are the stormy collection with the egg pudding and a protein scoop. They have something for everyone. im not a big fan of the computer system but they make the drinks fast despite not having much interaction with customers.
Fantastic boba tea. I am a harsh boba critic, and have been to many spots across San Diego. R&B stands near the top. Drinks blended well. Smooth tea and milk. No flakes or bitter tea. Good boba balls, well cooked. Huge variety and selection. They have a lot of non caffeine options as well. My girlfriend is very particular. She can’t have caffeine and can’t have anything too sweet. She loves to get their cream cheese Taro or honey dew frostys but she asks for no cheese and they accommodate that. And gets 50% sweet. They make it so well and she and I both love their drinks. I highly recommend their brown sugar, strawberry, honeydew, and taro milk teas. They also have a ton of frosty blended drinks too. Service is always great! Highly recommend boba.
