Ramallah Bakery in Richardson is a fantastic spot for fresh Palestinian baked goods. Their cheese and zaatar pies are excellent, three dollars each when fresh, or you can buy them frozen with a deal where you get the fifth bag free after four. They also make smaller sizes if you order ahead. The bread is baked fresh in the back, and you can really taste the difference. Ramallah is well known across Dallas for its amazing pita and has a great selection of desserts and other Palestinian foods. This is definitely a place worth visiting and supporting.

الاسف تاني مره بيطلع من عندهم اكل معفن غير محل للثقه أبدا We have been buying from this bakery for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, for the second time, we received sweets that were rotten and clearly not fresh. The first time it happened, I assumed it was just a mistake and chose not to say anything. But now that it has happened again, it raises serious concerns about food rotation and freshness. Selling spoiled food is not only unacceptable, it can also make people sick. Customers trust food businesses to follow proper health and safety standards. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their quality control because this is a serious food safety issue.

One of the cleanest and tastiest bakeries in Texas! Honestly, what matters most to me when I go somewhere is how they treat customers—and their service was super kind, friendly, and respectful. I really felt like I was back home in Ramallah, like I was around family. The vibe is truly Arabic. The bread is super fresh, and the hummus—seriously—for the first time I found that real, authentic Arabic taste we’re used to back home. Even their simple falafel sandwiches are on another level, sooo good. The pastries are soft and delicious too. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’re definitely coming back. We left honestly shocked (in a good way!) that we finally found Arabic food that tastes just like back home. Wishing them all the best and lots of success!

A hidden bakery with a stunning, calm atmosphere! The Buffalo Chicken Pizza I had this morning was fresh and delicious. Excellent service, too—the young man working was very helpful in explaining their unique food options. Plus, free tea with the meal! Can’t wait to come back and try the rest.

Mashallah this place is very cheap and clean. Really friendly. You want food there is the resturant, you want groceries there are the store, you want somewhere to sit and dine in? They are having a new section to sit and enjoy their delicious food. Really recommend this place, we got 4 fatayer for 15 bucks only. Thanks so much for keeping the great taste!!
