Rare Tea

Great tea and great customer service. The owner uses all natural products and ceremonial grade tea. My rose matcha had real roses in it and it was delicious. My husband also loved his Thai tea. The owner is very knowledgeable. As an avid Boba lover I would urge people to give one of their locations a try (Sugar land or Katy)

Food: I got the caramelized brown sugar boba with oat milk and it was every bit of delicious. You can taste that the ingredients used were of high quality. I came late one evening right before they were closing and had to come back the next morning because it may be some of the best boba drinks I’ve had! The next day I got the same thing and a strawberry snow dream with strawberry jelly which turned out to be super creamy and yummy!! I’m sure everything on the menu does not disappoint! Service: Great service! The cashiers were very welcoming and had useful suggestions on how I can customize my drink to my liking and elevate the whole taste of it. I want to compliment them on their selection of cups- the cups used were the sturdiest I’ve ever experienced in food service; it definitely elevates the drinking experience and reflective of the “rare” name and values. You really could reuse the cups if you wanted to. Atmosphere: Very clean, open& aesthetically pleasing!

This is a new spot, located in a very nice part of town. If you're in the Sugar Land area, it's definitely worth a try. The store is very clean, modern and bright, which I like. The atmosphere is very chill, and quiet. We visited at a off time and it's a brand new spot, so I'm sure that contributed to that. The servers were very friendly but a tad slow in getting the drinks out. That's definitely because they're still learning the mixes and the system overall, so that's to be expected. I don't expect it to be like that forever. This was the reason I gave 4☆ on service as well. Once it's nailed down, that'll change I'm sure. The drinks themselves were big and refreshing. They also weren't loaded down with too much ice, BIG PLUS! Good sized drinks and very tasty. We all enjoyed our visit so we'll definitely be back. Oh, and PLENTY of well lit parking.

This is a newly opened boba/tea shop. Owner was very kind and patient in answering my questions. She recommended me the store’s bestsellers, and all tasted great. They don’t use syrups. I could taste the tea in the drinks. So good. I had the lychee smootea, Thai milk tea, and kiwi fruit tea. My favorite is the kiwi fruit tea because it is refreshing and the aiyu jelly in the drink complements the fruit. Definitely going back to try other drinks.
