Refresh and Build

We recently completed a bathroom renovation with Refresh and Build and could not be happier with the result. After simply providing a drawing of what we wanted they delivered exactly what we requested and more. They made the permit process easier, provided expertise and knew how to schedule inspections efficiently. They referred us to vendors and every referral was very helpful in accomplishing our goal. Great care was taken during the construction process to keep the project area clean and orderly. Communication was excellent throughout the project and at no point did we feel pressured to add more to the project. The quality of work is outstanding, have high confidence in the work they provided and they will be our first call for our next renovation.

We hired Refresh and Build with Sam for a full bathroom remodel and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Sam handled all permitting seamlessly, every inspection was scheduled on time and the work was fully code compliant throughout. That level of professionalism on the administrative side alone set the tone for the entire project. The workmanship was outstanding. Tile work was precise, waterproofing was done properly, and the attention to detail in every finish was evident. This is the kind of quality you notice immediately when you walk into the finished space. What really impressed us was how carefully Sam and his team handled the finish materials. Fixtures, tile, and hardware were all treated with care from delivery through installation, nothing scratched, nothing damaged, everything installed exactly as intended. Anyone who has managed a remodel knows that is harder to pull off than it sounds. Sam is knowledgeable, communicative, and runs a tight operation. Refresh and Build delivered a beautiful bathroom and we would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects

Incredible Kitchen Remodel — Highly Recommend Hired Sam and his crew to do a full kitchen remodel in my Marina home and they exceeded my expectations. Sam handled the entire permit process with the city from start to finish — no headaches, no delays. His crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. The workmanship is what really stood out. The cabinetry, tile work, and finish details are all top quality — you can tell this crew takes real pride in what they do. Everything was done to code and passed all city inspections without any issues. From the first walkthrough to the final inspection, Sam was communicative and easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience from the beginning. Our project manager Sam was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help us navigate, even through inspection delays. It was extremely helpful to have someone that was so punctual, responsive and receptive, and he shouldered a lot of the stress for us as well. We could not be happier with the finished bathroom, it is exactly what we hoped/expected and the craftsmanship and attention to detail is obvious. We will definitely be using Refresh and Build for future projects, and can't recommend them, and Sam, enough!

Very serious people, great team. Sam is adorable and highly experience. It's the second time we work with him, first kitchen then bath, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend and thanks to the whole crew.
