I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. My doctor sent in my prescriptions, but the pharmacy refused to dispense one of the medications, claiming the instructions were unclear. I urgently needed to begin the treatment because I was feeling very unwell. Due to the delay, I may now have to restart the entire treatment, as one of the medications needed to be taken promptly. If you need your medications in a timely manner, I do not recommend using this pharmacy.
Love this pharmacy, super friendly, and they always go out of there way to help you. Love that they deliver locally.
There's no reason to get prescriptions filled in big stores if you're close to Regents. They're always friendly, accomodating, don't make you feel like a criminal getting your important meds, work quickly to do refills, and provide that small business feel as part of the local community. Highly recommend. Can't name a single issue after using Regents the last 4 years.
This Regent Pharmacy is an asset to the community. I meet Stephanie and her staffs are very patients, helpful, and answer all my concerns. The store is very organized and clean. What I love is the parking space availability. I have been going to big store and local pharmacies and regret I haven't known Regents pharmacy any sooner. I get a text message as soon as they receive the Rx and getting a call from the staff for my preferences of delivery. They will automatically call for refill reminder. As a caregiver, they save me a couple steps that I didn't need to remember and I have more time to care for my love one. I didn't know they have option for wheelchair rental. What Regent pharmacy provides was that warmth welcome greeting and a friendly conversation vs big store trying to rush you off and that long waiting in line. Our family was a recipient of Xmas gift from this pharmacy during pandemic. That's how I recall and try this pharmacy. Then it was love at first service.
