Sign in to reviewI had the pleasure of having Dominic as my stylist and he is simply amazing! We collaborated and came up with the perfect haircut and style! Also the products he used smells amazing! Seriously leaving so happy and looking forward to my next haircut by Dominic.
I came in nervous because I had medium length curly hair and was afraid the transition to shorter hair would be catastrophic. I showed reference photos to Stassi about what I wanted. I preferred no shampoo during the process and I’m happy Stassi was perfectly fine with it, and instead offered a rinse to help with the cut as an alternative and I really appreciated that. I plan to let my hair grow again but differently this time and this was the perfect place to begin that journey. Thank you Stassi, I feel so much better now!
I've been going to Dmitri for years and love his work but this specific salon's pricing policies are unclear and vicious. I got charged $375 for a single haircut because chin length to ear length cut apparently counts as "mid-length", and while they take a deposit of $85, you forfeit $170 for a no show (no text or email reminders btw). The deposit is also not applied to the rescheduled haircut. So they charged me more than 3 times what I normally do for the same haircut from the same hairdresser. Really disappointed by their response to a repeat client.
Update: after an atrocious job, the salon tried to call and solve the situation, but insisted on charging for the service due to “time spent”, despite the quality being extremely low and failing to meet the standard required at that price range. No accountability and poor service. They will destroy your hair and not take accountability. Avoid! My wife paid $450 at Revamped Salon for a color treatment, and the result is honestly shocking. The stylist, Chloe, completely ignored what she asked for and gave her a brassy, uneven mess. The highlights are patchy, poorly blended, and have this weird orange tone—nothing close to the professional, polished look she expected. It looks like something you’d get from a student salon, not a place charging top-tier prices. She’s devastated and now has to spend even more money to fix it somewhere else. It’s pretty clear the focus was upselling, not quality. For $450, this is unacceptable. I’m posting photos so people can see just how bad the result was. Would absolutely not recommend.
I’ve been seeing Stassi for a while now and every experience is just a joy! She’s so kind and fun and talented - I leave feeling powerful and sexy and groovy every time. The salon space is welcoming, too. Come by!
