Rite Away Pharmacy & Med Supplies

My experience with Rite Away Pharmacy has been a series of contradictions and poor service. After my prescription sat for a week, I was promised on Day 7 that it would ship. By Day 8, there was no record of this. The staff member I spoke with on the second call was incredibly dismissive, failing to even identify me as a patient before blaming my provider for "delays." It is impossible for a staff member to know my provider’s status before collecting my Date of Birth or name. This proves they are deflecting responsibility rather than looking at the file. To be told one thing on Monday and then be lied to and hung up on on Tuesday is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you require transparency and reliable service.

My TRT clinic (PeterMD) works directly with Rite-Away Pharmacy & they are doing a bang-up job getting medicine compounded and shipped out precisely and promptly! Clearly some hard working individuals on this team, shop with confidence!!

One star my Dr. Just started using this for trizep. There were a couple of mix ups with my refil. When I called to ask rude, rude, rude. Said he didn't understand what I was asking and hung up, before I could explain it. Wow.

I cannot even believe i have to write this review for a sexist tech. I have been using this pharmacy for months without issue. This was the first time I struggled with filing my prescription. After many pleasant calls between other techs the one I spoke to yesterday would barely let me speak and kept talking over me when I asked a question. Today I went to pick it up and the price had nearly doubled. I asked why. He was very short and said "Your dose went up." I asked for clarification bc the other 3 dose increases did not increase the price $150. "It's obvious that if your dose increases the price increases." I asked if there was an issue bc he was being rude and dismissive. He replied "I'm not. You women are just too emotional." At that point I asked if the pharmacist and other tech in the back were hearing their employee. The woman cracked a joke that she'd just "take him out back later and discuss it with him then". I asked her if she was serious as well. There was no manager on site. No one explained the cost difference. All while the male tech CONTINUED to tell from the back that it was "just his personal opinion" and "he doesn't do anything wrong". No woman, no man, no customer deserves to be belittled or dismissed over simply asking about a cost explanation. I will not be picking up a single prescription from here again and will also be letting my female doctor know how these employees treat their female customers.

Not the greatest pharmacy for multiple reasons (state of the actual business inside, staff, time to service) but this is the one my provider uses only. Inside the pharmacy is very dirty and needs a good deep clean in every nook. The empty shelves are covered in dust. Don’t even think by calling ahead they can start your prescription, I called ahead and was on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up when I walked in the building. The pharmacy techs are nice enough. I would not use this pharmacy if I had another choice.
