Rite-Away Pharmacy & Medical Supply # 2

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for about a year, and the main reason I continue to come here is because of the Lead Technician. She always goes above and beyond and truly treats every patient like family. She’s knowledgeable, dependable, and has made a noticeable difference in how smoothly the pharmacy runs. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus, and they also offer FedEx services, which is incredibly convenient. Many patients, myself included, come here specifically because of her. Great staff! Highly recommend!

Do NOT come here to purchase anything, this was my first and last time using this place - my partner purchased a knee scooter for me from here yesterday, 12/1/25, and once I tried to use it I saw that the handlebars were extremely crooked to the point that they almost touch my body on the left side. We called the next day and told them what was wrong, they told us to come back and they'd take care of it, so we came back to return and were told "It's isn't that crooked, it doesn't affect mobility, we just wanted to see what was wrong" and refused a return. The receipt says that returns are accepted with the receipt but the pharmacist said that they do not process returns or exchanges. Don't waste your money here - we paid $289 for this junk that isn't usable. Not to mention that when my partner came in yesterday the pharmacist called the owner on the phone and argued with him about how the scooter wasn't assembled and he'd have to put it together. You're better off ordering at Walgreens or Amazon. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Edit: In response to the response from the owner: the "functionality" was not demonstrated to us, we were merely advised to take it to someone to be fixed, they used the example of someone who fixes bicycles. They reiterated that the issue wouldn't affect the mobility of the scooter, and then emphasized that they do not process returns. You need to update your return process on the receipt if you don't accept returns. We were not advised that no returns or exchanges were accepted at the time of purchase and when my partner asked where the sign was, the woman working said there was one "Right there" and then the pharmacist came out from behind the counter and found it hidden behind a shelf and said, "We should really put this sign where customers can see it" If the assembly was so easy, then why did the pharmacist call the owner and argue with him over having to assemble it? The point of the matter is you sold us a defective item and refused to correct the issue, I shouldn't have to pay a third party to fix a brand new item that was sold by your store and wasn't working correctly straight out of the bag it was sitting in on a shelf. That should have been our first red flag. Again, I do not recommend this store to anyone, and after seeing the blatant disregard and lack of accountability from the person who responded (I'm assuming is the owner who wasn't present during the situation) I can confidently say we will never step foot in this establishment again. "Be appreciative for the defective mobility device we sold you" is a terrible way to conduct business. I will be filing a formal complaint with TSBP and DSHS.

Don't have any complaints about Rite Awayalways on time with my scripts parking might be a little small but we work through it

I love this pharmacy and they do home delivery. That is awesome us seniors.
