If you are looking for a dependable Nail Salon in Houston, TX, ritual pedi spa is a name that comes up for good reason. Located in Ella Plaza at 3464 Ella Blvd, Houston, TX 77018, this local salon has earned a strong 4.5-star rating from 177 reviews, with many guests highlighting the same themes again and again: professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and a genuinely welcoming experience. For people searching in the Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, or Heights area, ritual pedi spa stands out as a convenient spot for nail care that feels both polished and approachable.

Customers often describe ritual pedi spa as a place where the team pays attention to comfort as much as results. Reviewers mention that the salon feels calm and relaxing, with soothing music and a noticeably clean environment. One detail that appears in feedback is that the space does not carry the heavy acrylic smell that some people expect from nail salons, which can make visits feel more comfortable for guests who are sensitive to strong odors. That kind of atmosphere matters for anyone trying to fit a little self-care into a busy week, whether it is a quick appointment before work, a weekend pedicure, or a regular maintenance visit.

In terms of services, customer reviews point to pedicures, gel nails, dip powder, and acrylic removal as some of the treatments guests come in for. The comments suggest that the staff takes time to explain options, including the pros and cons of different nail choices, which is helpful if you are deciding between finishes or looking for something that matches your routine. Several reviewers also note that the technicians are consistent, skilled, and accommodating, with one customer saying they do not even need to request a specific person because the whole team is equally good. That kind of consistency is especially valuable for regular clients who want reliable results and a salon that remembers their preferences.

Another reason ritual pedi spa gets attention in Houston is the balance between speed and care. One guest shared that they came in shortly after opening and had both hands and feet done in about twenty minutes, calling the service truly express and ideal for someone who values efficiency. At the same time, other reviews emphasize that the salon does not feel rushed in a negative way; instead, people mention thoughtful service, reasonable prices, and technicians who make them feel at home. A complimentary drink while waiting was also mentioned by one reviewer, adding to the sense that the team aims to create a pleasant, easy visit rather than just move people through the chair.

For locals and newcomers alike, ritual pedi spa is a practical option for nail care in Houston, Texas. It is a good fit for busy professionals, students, couples booking together, and anyone who appreciates a clean, friendly salon with flexible service and a steady reputation. The shop is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, making it accessible for both weekday appointments and weekend visits. If you are searching for a Houston nail salon near Ella Blvd with strong reviews, a peaceful atmosphere, and customer feedback that consistently mentions professionalism and care, ritual pedi spa is a solid place to keep on your list.

I’ve been coming to ritual since they opened and they are so professional and welcoming. They’re always accommodating of my last-minute request for an appointment and they always remember my preferences. I don’t even ask for a specific person because they’re all equally good. For me, being so sensitive to smells, I can attest to the fact that they really are low odor. They have a new kind of polish that is long lasting and it really is long fasting. It’s $10 extra, but it is not the gel nails, which has historically damaged my nails this goes on like normal polish and comes off like normal polish. I love it!

This is my favorite nail spa - ever! It’s hands down the best nail salon in the GOOF Garden Oaks / Oak Forest / Heights area. It is so clean, doesn’t smell like acrylics and paint and has calming, relaxing music. They take their time, the prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of services and colors. I am OBSESSED with Gel-X shellac. It lasts so long and I wash my hands a ton throughout the day. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve been a regular for 8 years and definitely am spoiled to the quiet, luxurious experience I have here. There are so many nail salons in the area now, but ritual sets the standard so high I never need to look anywhere else. It is so cute inside and has great parking! Come treat yourself to the best manicure or pedicure in Houston - You will be glad you did! I highly recommend making an appointment too.

So FOUR days ago I Was in the area and decided to try a new place for pedicures because it seems very difficult to find a place in Houston that actually takes pride in doing your nails (not originally from here). I came across this place when I googled salons near me. Reviews seemed legit so I tried it out. I came in for a pedicure and they sat me immediately. They asked me which pedicure I wanted and I don’t remember the name I just know it had “ash” in it or something. So the guy Andy (I think that’s his name) starts removing the gel from my toes. In the MIDDLE of the pedicure he stops walks away and comes back with a paper breaking down my price for the pedicure which ended up being $110. I found this extremely uncomfortable because I, being the only woman of color in the salon, didn’t see any of the other technicians doing this with their clients. I chalked it up to me being in my head and told him I’m fine with the price. I live in the galleria area lol that’s what I’m used to paying, if not, more. Anyway, he starts doing the pedicure and he cut my big toe (I’ll take a picture of the scab) but again I disregarded it because MISTAKES HAPPEN. We’re human. Afterwards I asked to do my eyebrows. Don’t remember her name but she did an amazing job. I paid my tab, tipped 20%, and left thinking…”this might be my new go-to salon…” then I tossed and turned in my bed today and I felt like something was snagged on my toes I look down and the polish is GONE on not one but TWO of my toes, the ring and pinky toes. How does that even happen? This is so annoying because I have a trip coming up and I’m scared I’m gonna go to the beach and come out of the ocean with a half a foot of French painted toes. I could’ve went back but it’s like 20 minutes away so I ended up having to go to one of these salons on westheimer and paying them to fix it. Super disappointing

Natalie went above and beyond, making my GF feel at home and taking exceptional care at removing her acrylics and applying dip powder to her own nails, after taking the time to tell her the pros and cons of the different options. Enjoyed a complimentary drink while waiting. The other guests also seemed very happy with their manicures and pedicures. Highly recommend this Houston nail salon!
